He was very professional, friendly, and gave me advice that helped make the process smoother and more efficient on both our ends, all while being quite timely. I honestly cannot say how thankful I am, especially being from out of town, for the experience I just had and would recommend this post office to anyone needing postal service. The staff goes above and beyond. Just this past week they helped me unbox my new filing cabinet and even loaded it into my car. At no point did they make me feel like a nuisance, it was just so nice.
The printing department is stellar as well. I print all of our training manuals and promotional materials there. The pricing is competitive and the quality is always great. And again, the staff is so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.”

“I recently contacted a UPS store in Bristol, Rhode Island, and had the pleasure of working with the owner, Carmen, regarding a unique request. I had purchased a large vintage vending machine on eBay that was listed for local pickup, and being located in Michigan, I needed assistance coordinating the logistics.
From the outset, Carmen was transparent and professional. She explained that she would need to assess whether she could accommodate the request and promptly followed up with me, as promised. Throughout the entire process, she maintained clear communication and demonstrated a high level of professionalism.
Carmen assured me that the item would be carefully packed to prevent any damage during transit, and she absolutely delivered on that promise. When the vending machine arrived, it was expertly packaged and in excellent condition.
I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. Carmen’s professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail truly set her apart. It would be wonderful to see more individuals in business conduct themselves with the same level of integrity and care.”

“They are always pleasant and helpful. This one time I brought in a package and I unknowingly wrote down the zip code wrong, right city, wrong zip. He picked it up right away the last 2 numbers were switched. Right away he showed me the error, looked it up and corrected the error and it would be delivered the next day. Yes they are very helpful and kind.”
“Jaylen was phenomenal! His customer service is untouchable!!! I came from the other FedEx location (just a few minutes from this location) and was so upset by the nasty customer service I experienced. I walked out and decided to try another location and I'm so glad I did. I was ready to boycott FedEx entirely and move the company's shipping services to UPS but Jaylen was so kind. “After my horrendous experience at the New Bedford USPS--which left me vowing never to step foot in that branch again (which I've held to this day)--I started going (almost exclusively) to this Faunce Corner location. I actually went there to mail the catalogue that the NB branch refused to mail. That was years ago, but I do remember that the woman I interacted with was very kind, and I remember not just *thinking* there was a huge difference in attitude and service, but also *feeling* there was. I did get that package mailed, and it did cost more than the quote, but being met with an apologetic, empathetic, and understanding representative MADE A MEANINGFUL DIFFERENCE!Over the years, I've had nothing but good experiences at this location. I've always found the tellers to be friendly and professional. I also like that, because of the footprint/layout of this branch, it feels less claustrophobic when there is a line (vs. NB branch). When I'm in the area, this is my branch of choice and would recommend it without reservation!!”
“EDIT: Changing my previous rating because I filed a complaint and they immediately took care of it. Systems were down so they couldn’t scan my package all is well. Thank you so much for your quick response even calling during off hours. STORY: Dropped off a package at 8am with a blood sample that already had a tracking number on it. They never scanned it and put it in the back. Tried called customer service no help. Crossing my fingers it isn’t lost.”

“Before coming here i read reviews and was not happy. But i got late for my appointment at 1am Sunday due to heavy rain n thunderstorms. Arrived at 11:30 am Sunday. Got unloaded in 1 hour or so with bol on hand. They allow me to stay until i gain driving hour. Went to rest area nb 14 miles. I would give 5 stars if there were normal bathrooms instead of portable toilets. I don’t mind to come again.”

“We had to get a shipment out today and were told by the UPS Store in Central Square that their driver had already picked up/left to try this location. We got here at 6:50ish and the door was locked. We went around to the front where the loading dock was and handed the prepaid packages to a driver, who took them. I take one star off for having hours listed incorrectly on the door, but still a very good review for taking our packages. This made our day!”
