“This is a very nice hardware store, my mom always found them helpful too, but I don't get here often because it's on the other end of town and I have the other town hard ware store right down the street. But I had some errands nearby and took a walk over. Staff were very nice, I asked two/2 different people for help and they brought me over to where I need to look. No pressure, cashier was fast and friendly. Nice variety of merchandise. They are located at a busy intersection, and there is a town parking lot across the street and over a bit, but it's for all the merchants and fills up because of all the nearby restaurants. There is probably some side street parking but to note, some of the streets are quite narrow. #shoplocal #shopindie”

“#womanowned Local hardware store affiliated with the ACE chain so they have their products. Very well stocked and staff, staff are usually friendly and helpful when I have asked for help finding items/had questions. They have seasonal merchandise as well, for Christmas, Summer/grilling, and outside a garden shop with plants in the spring. There is a certain amount/purchase for delivery I believe--but if you buy a certain amount/example bags of mulch they will deliver them! They have outgoing UPS services, not sure if they accept incoming UPS you should call. #shoplocal”

If you want to buy commercial grade stuff from people that have everything that you'd need for a commercial job, from people who know what they are doing, this is the place. “I wish that I could give Quang and his team 20 stars because they deserve it. Over a 10 year period Quang has refinished the hardwood floors in my first house, my parents' house, and now my second home in Hopkinton and I can not be happier. They are punctual, sent picture updates throughout the day (at the request of my wife), and stayed late (until almost midnight on some days) every day to make sure that my 3600 square foot house was done before we had to move in. The end result was even beyond my expectations and cost thousands less than what others had quoted. Quang is honest, hardworking, and just a great man so he is the only one that I will ever call if I need new floors put in or if I need anything to be refinished. Highly recommend!”

“One doesn’t expect much going into a hardware store but I was blown away by how nice of an experience I had at this location. My boyfriend and I were immediately greeted upon entry and we were quickly guided to the section we needed. We browsed the store and were once again greeted to see if we needed anything, but not pressured.When we arrived at the checkout line, there was one person being rung up and despite us having no problem waiting another 30 seconds to be rung up, another friendly employee offered to ring us up right away. He let us know about the freshly smoked hot dogs they were offering!After checking out, we came to a booth with two different flavors of mini dogs and were told we could take as many as we liked. They were so delicious! The staff serving them were incredibly friendly as well. We left the store in a great mood and highly impressed by the level of service. Thank you so much!”

A woman with a cool Irish accent was so patient and kind with me on the phone while I asked her to look up several different sku # to see what they had in stock. When I arrived, the same woman, Rachel, was just as kind, patient and thorough in person as she was on the phone. Jess, the woman who rang me up, was super friendly and kind. She engaged with my 6 month old son who I was carrying and made him smile. When Rachel and Brian were loading my purchases onto my trailer, Brian and I engaged about the device he used to bring the toolboxes outside, he was also kind and friendly. I had a wonderful experience with this purchase, and it was also my birthday, which made the experience even better! I'd make this my go to HFT if it wasn't so far from my home.
