I’ve been coming to this store for years and they have always over-delivered. Every single time. But there’s one recent visit I can’t stop telling people about. Torrential rain, and I had something that absolutely had to go out that day by air because many people were counting on it. I’d already been to two other places that told me they couldn’t do it. I got here barely at the wire, and that’s when I realized I’d left a key part of the package behind at the last place. Everybody works against the same deadlines. The difference here is that they held things up, insisted I could go back and get it and they would solve still getting it out by air that eve.
The two people working, one of them the owner, could see how important it was to me and how desperate I was, and what they did was epic. Nothing I would ever have asked for. Honestly, nothing I would have imagined would or could be offered.
I’m not saying this so anyone walks in expecting the same thing, because that wouldn’t be fair to them. I’m saying it because it’s just one more example of how they treat people - indicative of how they’ve always treated me and other customers, and clearer than ever: How they as individuals treat everyone. It went so far past anything the job asks for, and they didn’t know me from anybody. They did it out of pure kindness. That’s just who they are.
And it wasn’t only the two of them. It affected other workers and likely cost something too. I’m grateful to every one of them and it’s clear the owner has done a phenomenal job hiring the same exceptional people.
Again, No relation, nobody’s paying me. They took such good care of me as always. That kindness gave me hope and comfort, and it honestly made me well up on the ride home. Especially in times like these, it meant more to me than I can say. Thank you, all of you.”

“Hello, my name is Juan Carlos. I've been sending packages with this company since 2022. Everything that I have sent never got stolen. Everything always arrives on time and in good conditions as I send it. So, on this part, they are good and secure. But lastly, they've been doing something that I don't like it and I know that they do it in purpose so I be calling them and be behind them like begging them to send the receipt. That's very unprofesional and it doesn't look good on their part. This it happened a couple of times. And they tell me that they gonna send me the receipt and never send it on their own. They just send it after I call them a lot. But they do it in purpose. I don't recommend anymore this company.”

“I just had to write about my experience with the Post office in Dorchester. I live in California and mailed a package to my elderly aunt in Dorchester via overnight. She missed the package, as it required a signature and the package went back to the post office and they left a note she needed to pick up the package from the post office.. She asked me to call the post office and see if I could have it scheduled for redelivery. In California personnel DO NOT answer the phone....EVER and so I had already felt I would need to tell my aunt I was unable to reach anyone. WELL......I called and...I was in total shock!! The woman answered the phone on the first ring and was pleasant!! I was in shock, given my experience with the post office over the last 10 years!...She was very helpful. She informed me, given they were about to close, someone would need to go down with their ID the next day.The next day my aunt sent her grandson for the package. The grandson was unable to get the package because he did not have the tracking number. My aunt, called me again in California 8 a.m. on a Saturday and asked me to call the post office and see if I could provide the tracking number. Again, I felt I got lucky the day before and there would be no way someone would answer that early in the morning.Lord and behold when I called, a woman AGAIN answered the phone!!! OMG.Again pleasant and she was very helpful and I was able to provide the tracking number and she facilitated my aunt receiving the package I sent her.I believe the woman said her name was Janice. She answered the call when I called the first time and she answered the phone when I called the second time!! Janice, Kudos to you.. You need to be the face of post offices around the world! Your handling of my situation will never be forgotten. Thank you!Management----Janice is a jewel. Thank you.”
