“I love this store! Over a period of 3-4 months I visited this Floor & Decor a dozen times for a planned bathroom remodel. The tile selection is fantastic and we bought our tub and shower tiles here. I also bought the grout and Schluter trim for the tile which involved many trips, and I looked at vanities and mirrors and lighting.From the greeter at the front door to the sales associates who worked in different departments to the cashier at checkout, I found each and every person to be friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Every single time I visited, someone would stop and ask me if I needed help. I had a really positive experience and can’t recommend this store enough.”

“A followup visit. Two Vterinarians and three staff members converged on the case. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Visit included a detailed physical exam, abdominal ultrasound exam, discussion of findings of the exam:, an IV drug administration, and a topical medication. Ultrasound was forwarded to our primary care vet. All this was conducted with professionalism, courtesy and compassion.”

She worked with me to stay within my budget, and I asked for a burgundy dahlia to be our main flower. I wanted loose and flowing bouquets, and was flexible about the rest. “We had a fantastic experience with Gaya from Divine Design. Our general contractor, Core Group, introduced us to Gaya once they learned of the ideas we had for built-ins in our relatively small one bedroom condo. Gaya activity listened to our vision and far exceeded our expectations on the design. Not only did she design cabinets with vast amounts of storage but she also introduced us to incredible wall paper that is actually art. We are incredibly happy with the outcome and grateful to Gaya and the team from the Core Group who did an outstanding job.”

“Anime Zakka is a nice store located near the end of Newbury Street, close to Uniqlo and Muji. It is below ground, leading you into a place to be immersed by anime and Japanese pop culture.
I enjoyed browsing and wandering around the store, as there were many products I’ve never heard of or seen. I found Tomica cars, a product I’ve never seen in Boston before but know many car collectors may enjoy looking at. I also found many stuffed animals I never knew existed for products I like, such as Miffy.
The only downside is the products I did know were overpriced. I am a big fan of collecting lottery items, and they were nearly double the price at the store compared to what I could buy it for at online retailers.”

“I can’t believe it! I found this place driving up to Dedham and I’m so happy I stopped in! I ended up finding the most lovely dresser- beautifully stained and perfectly sized for what I needed! They were super accommodating and the guy was really funny and helped me load it into my car. I’ll be back for sure!”

“Just by simply walking by, the window decor will catch your eye. But, as soon as you step inside, you are greeted warmly, and there is beauty all around you. My personal favorites are the candles, the notecards, and of course the selection of children’s bows. It is the perfect spot for hostess gifts, Christmas gifts, and everything in between. I have yet to see a small business owner support and help her community thrive, as much as Amanda does. She is one in a million!”

“Fantastic collection of beautiful things! I could have stayed here all day!! MK seals the wonderful energy in the shop! Very helpful and warm, knows her merchandise and artists well and took all the time I needed to learn what I was buying, who made it, where it came from etc., which will forever be a part and f the priced I chose and make them them all the more special to me! And she did all that with multiple customers in the shop. We all got treated like we were the only ones there.
Customer service is becoming a lost art, but you can find it here with MK! I am a sales coach on ho-Trch and I love and appreciate great service. I really have little tolerance these days for anything less. I would have walked out if I hadn’t been greeted and welcomed and invited to browse and ask questions. So many boutiques and shops treat you like you are a bother — there are just too many choices these days. This kind of browsing and shopping is as much about the experience as it is the treasures you choose to take home that will forever remind you of the moment, the visit, the people you met… whatever it is. Stories sell. It’s important and you will find it at Motto! Thank you MK and Motto. I will be back!”
“This is my first time ever writing a review for something online, and this place certainly deserves it.
I bought an embroidery machine from Facebook Marketplace, and brought it here to get serviced because there was an issue with one of the sensors.
Mark was very kind and welcoming, and assured me that Richard would get the machine in top shape in around 7-10 days.
Not only did Richard get the machine cleaned and running smoothly in just 6 days, but he also offered tips on how to embroider shirts as a beginner, and said that I can come back whenever for more advice.
I will certainly be returning and highly encourage others to check this place out!”

“Derek replaced the plexiglass on one of my roomate’s Japanese frog painting after I clumsily cracked it while working out in my apartment. He stapled the new plexiglass to the frame in a way that made it more stable than before and even sealed some of the flaws in the frame to give it a smoother/more clean appearance. He got the piece back to me in less than a week and packaged it securely so it wouldn’t get damaged on the ride home. I will definitely be coming back to this location if I have any more picture frame related needs or (in this case) woes, and you should do the same!”

You will do and see things that other people and groups will not experience, with lots of hands on involvement. From sites and time with the locals, to shops that are co-op specific and helping to support their communities. Can't recommend highly enough.”
