- They take care of you here and treat you like family. Honestly, even better than family. They truly take care of you car and understand how much reliable repair service matters. They are trustworthy and clearly are not pushing unnecessary repairs (unless of course you don't care about your car being in good shape).
- They get things done on a fast schedule and have gone the extra mile for me multiple times. They get you complementary Lyft service and/or a loaner car when needed.
- They clearly strive for operational excellence and first-rate customer service and somehow over-deliver on that. The garage floor is organized and clearly well run. They provide timely updates, videos of your car's parts requiring repair, and helpful explainer videos so you can be informed about the necessity of a repair.
- This may not be the right place if you only care about minimal cost (and are fine with questionable quality). They are not as cost competitive as some small pop-and-son garages, but their service and quality is so much better that it is hard to compare those. Imagine the customer-first approach of a great local shop, but paired with quality that far exceeds anything else I have ever worked with.
- The owner Charlie is very present and it shows. He takes every individual customer seriously and will ensure they are taken care of. His influence and energy drives the culture there. Also shoutout to Craig. He just has such a great positive attitude and will make things happen for you quickly when you really need it.”

“Amazing service! I came in with no appointment because my car had a very loud noise coming from the front wheel area, and I was really worried it might be something serious. They took the car right away, diagnosed the problem fast, and fixed it the same day. The noise is completely gone now and the car drives perfectly. “I had an excellent experience at this Jiffy Lube. Francisco and his team were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right.
My check engine light was tricky to reset because my car is older, and instead of rushing me out the door, they calmly worked through it and figured it out without any drama. They literally would not let me leave until the issue was fully resolved, which I really appreciated.
On top of that, they were friendly, professional, and somehow managed to make the whole experience stress-free… and they even offered me pizza (which I absolutely accepted).
It’s rare to find a place where people actually take the time to help instead of just pushing you through. Highly recommend this location if you want solid service and good people who go the extra mile.”
“Wow, this was the best service I've ever experienced with any of my vehicles, and I have about 12-15 cars over 41 years. It makes me wonder why I would go elsewhere for an oil change. The service was fantastic. The staff working on my car were efficient, and I was finished in under 10 minutes. Plus, they didn't push me to get a tire rotation since my wheels were still relatively new. Definitely a 10-star experience!”

“This is a long overdue review! I've brought three different cars to Wagner and his team several times over the years. They've always done excellent work at an extremely fair price, and work so quickly. Normally I call the day before I'm hoping to come and they can always squeeze me in. But what I really want to highlight is Wagner's kindness, good humor and empathy. As a woman, and someone not well versed in cars, I often feel intimidated and frankly naive when working with mechanics. Wagner has always made me feel welcome and at ease, and has explained things in depth. For me, this is almost more important than great work and good prices.
One more thing: They are now offering door-to-door car pickup and dropoff at no additional charge. They'll pick up your car from your home, and return it after the work is complete. It saved me a ton of time and headache, highly recommend!”
“I took my car to this shop because my ABS and traction control lights were on - they took a look at it and noticed that my front left strut had broken as well. They physically showed me everything that needed repairs, we set up an appointment, and they fixed everything in one day. They even replaced a bulb that was out and didn't charge for labor.
