“Hands down the best auto service experience I have ever had, and consistently so. I fully trust them with my family's vehicles and safety.
- They take care of you here and treat you like family. Honestly, even better than family. They truly take care of you car and understand how much reliable repair service matters. They are trustworthy and clearly are not pushing unnecessary repairs (unless of course you don't care about your car being in good shape).
- They get things done on a fast schedule and have gone the extra mile for me multiple times. They get you complementary Lyft service and/or a loaner car when needed.
- They clearly strive for operational excellence and first-rate customer service and somehow over-deliver on that. The garage floor is organized and clearly well run. They provide timely updates, videos of your car's parts requiring repair, and helpful explainer videos so you can be informed about the necessity of a repair.
- This may not be the right place if you only care about minimal cost (and are fine with questionable quality). They are not as cost competitive as some small pop-and-son garages, but their service and quality is so much better that it is hard to compare those. Imagine the customer-first approach of a great local shop, but paired with quality that far exceeds anything else I have ever worked with.
- The owner Charlie is very present and it shows. He takes every individual customer seriously and will ensure they are taken care of. His influence and energy drives the culture there. Also shoutout to Craig. He just has such a great positive attitude and will make things happen for you quickly when you really need it.”

They took the car right away, diagnosed the problem fast, and fixed it the same day. The noise is completely gone now and the car drives perfectly. The price was very fair, the work was professional, and the whole experience was stress-free. This is honestly one of the best and most honest auto repair shops in the Boston area. “I’m always satisfied leaving Valvoline and my last visit was great! I went in for an oil change and asked if my transmission fluid could be checked. Isiah got me in and set up in no time, was knowledgeable about the services offered, and handed me off to Kevin for the remainder of the appointment. Kevin was also extremely knowledgeable about the benefits and needs for each service and was great to chat with - he even helped remove an old & expired resident parking permit that had been scratched up from my removal attempt. “I had an excellent experience at this Jiffy Lube. Francisco and his team were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right.
My check engine light was tricky to reset because my car is older, and instead of rushing me out the door, they calmly worked through it and figured it out without any drama. They literally would not let me leave until the issue was fully resolved, which I really appreciated.
On top of that, they were friendly, professional, and somehow managed to make the whole experience stress-free… and they even offered me pizza (which I absolutely accepted).
It’s rare to find a place where people actually take the time to help instead of just pushing you through. Highly recommend this location if you want solid service and good people who go the extra mile.”

My mom let her car get into bad shape, and Wesley let me tow it over, he assessed it and gave me a quote, and an honest recommendation that the car was not worth the amount of work it needed. He liaised with the junk yard looking for a door that needed to be replaced, and was overall easy to deal with and totally trustworthy. He made a very stressful event painless. Highly recommend.”
“This is a long overdue review! I've brought three different cars to Wagner and his team several times over the years. They've always done excellent work at an extremely fair price, and work so quickly. Normally I call the day before I'm hoping to come and they can always squeeze me in. But what I really want to highlight is Wagner's kindness, good humor and empathy. As a woman, and someone not well versed in cars, I often feel intimidated and frankly naive when working with mechanics. Wagner has always made me feel welcome and at ease, and has explained things in depth. For me, this is almost more important than great work and good prices.
One more thing: They are now offering door-to-door car pickup and dropoff at no additional charge. They'll pick up your car from your home, and return it after the work is complete. It saved me a ton of time and headache, highly recommend!”
