“I got stuck in Boston at a late hour and I am glad this company brought me home all the way to Cape Cod. I would give 5 stars for the fact that they came so fast, but the trip conditions were not that great, it was cold in the car due to the fact the driver smoked every 5-10 minutes, and the car would not keep the lanes in straight line. Moreover, I did not get an invoice or receipt that states the “real” price of the trip. However, all in all, they definitely responded quicker than AAA and without much effort.”

Now I take my new truck there and not the dealer. They are the absolute best!”

“Very hard to find in Abington. Most people when they put the address in on their navigator it will only show one in Braintree. It’s really hard to get it to come up in Abington.So my husband and I ended up in a Braintree, yeah, yeah and the tech there tried many times to put it in. He put Black Water Towing in Brockton and it came up. It is down a very bumpy, dirty pot holes driveway. I cannot call it a St .It is on your right.The gate stays locked so you have to call the number to get your vehicle out or to get items out of your car.The owner is nice and I’ve only met one of his help who was nice as well.My first time going there, I asked Abington police for directions. I wasn’t please with thatOfficer in there.Anyway ended up cashing the owner three times to find the place within Abington and he finally told me to pull over and wait for one of his driver that was on his way back to the lot. I didn’t take pictures of the lot just my car.I’m going to start taking pictures”
“I thought my car was totaled when a semi backed into it while making a delivery at PJ Kennedy & Sons. That driveway is notorious! This happened just before Thanksgiving and two weeks after putting in new $500 brakes. I did not have collision or rental coverage. PJ Kennedy gave me the name and phone number of the driver (a worker with no money or power) but not the vendor (whose insurance was actually liable). The detective at C11 was useless. Martin Lynch at M&S offered to repair the frame at no charge, and my insurance’s comprehensive coverage paid for the rear glass with zero deductible. Thanks to M&S, I was able to get my car back. You can’t put a price on that! Ten stars all the way.”

He efficiently assessed and fixed the problem, gave sound recommendations for next steps, and came prepared for the possibility that I might need tow service. If I had and he not come with the right vehicle, I could have been waiting again for another service call. They deserve 5 stars!”
“They did an amazing job getting my brand new 2023 plug-in back in pristine condition after debris on 93 destroyed the front drivers side. The receptionist kept me in the loop and made sure the insurance didn’t skimp on the repair. Other auto bodies have been cutting corners as my clear coat started to flake on my 2021 a couple months after repairs. Isaias and team made sure to fix the issue that a certain chuck made. While I was away for a few days, I returned home to find my car had been damaged in a collision while it was parked. The person responsible left a note, and when I called, I learned that the damage was caused by an employee of this business. I was directed to the owner, Alex, to address the situation.
I was truly impressed by how Alex handled everything. He was incredibly responsive, understanding, and flexible with my circumstances. Living in New Hampshire, it would have been difficult for me to manage this situation in person, but Alex was more than willing to accommodate me in any way possible. “On 9/12/24 my 2016 Frontier broke down on the S.E. express way. Truck lost all power in bumper to bumper traffic at the beginning of the zipper lane. Glided the truck over to an emergency stop area there and called police who put me in contact with Always open towing. Sort time later DJ pulls up with the tow truck. He was great. Helped me order a Lyft to get me home and explained he couldn't get my truck to my garage of choice till the next day. So I'm home about an hour and Enrique from Always open tow calls me and already had my truck at the garage I asked to have it dropped off. Just like DJ Enrique was polite and decent and parked the truck where I asked and locked in up and put the keys where I asked him to put them.
These to guys are exceptionally good at what they do and decent to frazzled customers.
Thank you DJ and Enrique for your help and getting my broken truck to the garage a day early.
