They went above and beyond to help me get the uhaul booking done though there were some technical problems with the app.Unfortunately, my car parked here was towed by a towing company by mistake. We thought the car was stolen as the towing company didn't even record that transaction to uhaul. After some troubles of going through a police complaint etc. I got my car back.I appreciate the staff here. They were very supportive when I was going through this process.”
