Rosa went above and beyond to keep us updated with the changes in rates and helped us navigate the complicated world of mortgages as first time home buyers. “I've always had good service at this location! Roza and Savanna were very helpful and always followed up with answers to all my questions. My only complaint is the location is not very handicap accessible. Handicap parking is in the parking lot on the second level but there is no elevator to get you to ground level where banking takes place.”
