“I have been going to D&B for a few years now and I am so happy to have found someone I can truly trust. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The women at the front desk are wonderful to speak with and they take the time to explain the issues and how they will be resolved. The work rate is extremely fair and they do their best to get you the lowest prices, especially if you are not in a rush. The mechanics are friendly and speak with you about your vehicle in a way you can understand. I have never had an issue with them telling me I need to fix things that don’t need to be fixed. They will let you know if they see any upcoming issues and keep you aware of regular maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, etc) with out pushing you to do the work with them.
I would absolutely recommend D&B to anyone in the area looking for a trustworthy place to service your vehicle.”
“Always has been and will be our go to for emergencies with tires. I picked up a piece of hardware in my tire after driving by a construction site. I called Crothers at 7:30am to see if they could help and had an appt for 9:30am same day. I arrived early and was seen early. Not only did they patch the tire for a super reasonable price, he also put the tire back on for me(which my husband much appreciated as now he does not have to lol). Thank you, Crothers!! “Both my daughter and I have visited “The Tire Man” recently. Having hit some deep potholes, we both experienced numerous flat tires and/or bubbled tires over the past several months. (Definitely the roads fault….and not our driving! Haha) The guys here get the tires ordered and they put them on the car in a timely manner. Dan got me in right away due to a bubble on my tire “being dangerous” as it could “blow out, especially in this heat.” It is so nice to deal with small, personal businesses where you are not just another customer….but someone whose safety matters! And they don’t just do tires! They can hook you up for oil changes, brakes, and more! Staff and service: A+. Support this local small business…you will be happy you did!”

John is a great guy and handled everything from communication with Insurance companies, fixing the actual damage and was clear with communication with me. “Had to replace a drive tire and a trailer tire. Called and got what I consider a fair price for the quote. They were working on my rig within 15 min of arriving. Took just about an hour to do the work. The people in the office are super nice and were welcoming. Ended up paying less than what was quoted because the service advisor came up with a better plan for the tires, and she ended up saving me $100. They definitely earned a repeat customer.
Will be bringing my rig to them whenever I am in the area and need tire repair.

“Had an appointment last week at 8am. Unfortunately, I arrived to learn that they double booked the appointment. Mistakes happen; i let the other individual go first. Other individual proceeded ballistic on the service advisor Larry and management because the service didn’t begin immediately at 8am. The positive portion of my review is geared towards Larry; he maintained his composure while being berated by a customer. He could have easily lost his cool back (I sure would have). Kudos to Larry for maintaining his professionalism when it would have been easier to not. Hopefully management sees this and acknowledge Larry for how he acted during a trying time.”
