“I came to Monroe after getting an oil change at Valvoline. After driving an hour to work, I noticed that my car was leaking oil. I called Monro to see if they could look at my car and they were able to fit me in the same afternoon.Chris was very helpful and was able to resolve the issue of a loose oil filter that Valvoline failed to secure when I had my oil changed two days earlier. They tightened the filter free of charge and my experience was positive from start to finish. I really appreciate their help and kindness during that stressful time.”
