This was my first time buying a car remotely, but any nervousness I had about the process, was met by and easy to reach attitude from the company's owner Stan. The car was extremely well detailed but he and his associate Matt were diligent about providing a few more details for me. When my wife and I flew in, we were taken in warmly by Sonia and Matt, who stayed quite late to see us but wanted no special credit for it. Matt touched up every little detail of the car for us as if it was his own. You can tell he's a big enthusiast who loves what he does.

“I competitively autocross my Tesla Model 3 and took it to Larin Automotive for a track alignment. The alignment failed, not because of Larin's technician, but because one of my adjustable camber arms had seized and they concluded that trying to fix it could render the care undriveable. Victor Larin, the shop owner, personally took me into the shop, showed me exactly what was wrong, and talked me through the options. They also gave me advice on how to prevent seizing in my other adjustable arms. Ultimately I decided to order and install new camber arms myself to save labor costs. Larin immediately scheduled a 3-week follow-up with me and I was able to install the new arms and anti-seize all the old arms in time. On my follow-up they perfectly aligned my car in just an hour and a half, and I then went on to win two autocross events in a row with it this past weekend. Victor has also reached out to me personally multiple times since then. I can't recommend Larin Automotive enough.”

“Brian was very helpful and worked with me to get my car better aligned than it has been since I got it (I'm the second owner) iv had a bit of trouble at another location and Brian made it right! I am beyond satisfied with the results and it was a pleasure to drive the car back home. He even found me new wheels in case I need a new ones and I might need one because they are pretty old and corroded. I couldn't ask for better customer service! The Newton location on Needham Street is where I will be going for ALL of my alignment and tire needs from now until the foreseeable future. “I want to give high praise to Jamal Bridges, Tech specialist for Lexus. I called him from the road on the way to Washington DC for the holiday week as the navigation system was not functioning on my brand new car. He patiently and expertly instructed me how to reset system to get Google map functioning . I needed to call again for Tech Support as I couldn’t lock the car as I had packages on back seat that sent alerts. Once packages removed the doors still not locking. Jamal calmly reviewed numerous steps to try to get car locked.Manual locking worked. I met Jamal today at Lexus of Watertown to reboot the Connect Drive as malfunctioning, tested all keys to lock and remote start. He didn’t leave until all my questions and concerns were addressed.
Jamal Bridges is an outstanding technician, a very kind caring employee who should be recognized. I’m very grateful that he answered my call.”
“I had a fantastic experience with My Tire Guy's mobile tire service! They made the entire process incredibly convenient by coming right to my home. The technicians were right on time, professional, and thorough. They mounted and balanced two new tires, reset the TPMS for the new tires. “Erik at Land Rover is the guy you want to buy a car from. He’s calm, knowledgeable, and available. He understands that purchasing a luxury car isn’t something that can be pushed or rushed. He let me take my time but also followed up. When I decided to move forward he was patient and showed me all of the functionality of the car. When I called him with a tech question, he answered right away and immediately knew what I was talking about and how to fix it. Justin in the finance department was also great. I was able to complete the lease paperwork with him virtually which was one of the best parts of this process.”

“Everybody has an opinion about getting your vehicle serviced at a dealership (cue stealership memes), but I've found Watertown to be the most reliable and trustworthy of the places I've tried. This is true enough that I make the hike from Wakefield to come here even though there are several other places closer. They are good about doing the requested service without coming back and trying to pad the bill with a thousand other 'recommended' things. I'm hoping my Tacoma lasts a long time - so I feel better having folks work on it that really know this vehicle. To that point, this dealership went above and beyond getting me qualified for, and completing the work on, the frame recall for my previous Tacoma.”

I bought my vehicle from Automax, which I will never ever buy a car again.. sad to say I’m actually happy that this happened to my vehicle or else I would never know that Automax sold me a car that’s been an accident probably more than once and tried to tell me that it was minor damage. I highly recommend everyone to come to Ivans Collision to get their car repaired the right way with a phenomenal paint job and great bodywork.. and I highly recommend for nobody to purchase a car from Automax. They will lie to you saying that the car has never been in an accident or has minor damage and they will point out something small.
