“I had a car accident on my way to work last Thursday and Demers got the call to tow my car away. I am a widow with limited finances, I don't know anyone in this area, and with no other means of transportation so, I was resigned to having to use Lyfts to get back and forth to work. My adjusted told me that I needed to contact them to go and get my plates and belongings out of my car so that it could be junked and paid off. I didn't have the money to pay for a ride to do this so, I called and spoke to them and they were so kind enough to clean out my car for me and set my belongings aside until I could get my roommate and his girlfriend to go there with her car and get my stuff.
