“When ever I have a problem with any of my bank issues, and I have had my share. I always try to see Elizabeth at the Dracut branch. She is very knowledgeable with all aspects of banking business. It's so nice to be able to feel safe that you know that your banking is in good hands. “Customer service is wonderful, love Helen! The biggest thing is that I go to work at 5 am and sometimes I need cash. Too many times the ATM is broken. Have had to go down to another bank right down the street and pay additional charges and got a warning that I can't keep using that bank. Very upsetting. Please update the system!”
“My mortgage was transferred to this bank, and the service has been mixed. Generally the communication is lacking. I received mail informing me that my mortgage was transferred and the amount due in Feb. but there was no information on how to service the mortgage, no reply to my email inquiring about it, and it’s hard to get someone on the phone.
That being said, when I do get to someone, the people I’ve talked to have been very nice and helpful. I do wish the website was more clear because it was difficult to set up an online account, but I found it is possible to transfer funds on the online portal!”
