“Who writes a review of a bank? I am in general, not a fan of banks, but I want to make a huge exception for Bank of New England.The fact they are small is a big plus...they actually know me when I call them up.I'd like to give a special shout out to Tracy Dalton at the Nashua branch who always goes above and beyond the call of duty for me when it comes to banking, and last week she saved my rear end when I locked my keys, phone and wallet in my car in their parking lot! What other bank does that?Thanks Tracy- keep up the good work!Also like to recognize Kelley Beavers- the VP who convinced me to get an acount with BNE in the first place. She also rocks!”

“Left a conglomerate bank and came here. World of difference! The service here is amazing. When we purchased a home I felt like the loan officer we worked with (who got promoted to VP) really took the time to know us. She really cared, went the extra mile and deserved that promotion. Some of the systems seem a little dated compared to other banks, but I'll give them time to catch up because the service is so good.”

“I’ve been periodically using this branch for over 7 years now because it’s closest to me and I pass by it regularly.
Ive never had any issues with parking, or using the ATM, as others have mentioned.
There are times when it seems like there’s a plethora of staff (almost in excess), and times when it’s the bare minimum. Regardless, at any given time Ive always been treated with respect and courtesy.
Some days the line has been 3-6 people deep, but as of late whenever Ive gone in there haven’t been many people waiting.
Ive never made an appointment to speak to anyone about my accounts, etc so I cannot comment on that.”

Methuen Co-Operative Bank donated the materials and Ron Marsan donated his time and service and built a gorgeous ramp so my husband could come home and not be house bound. We are so grateful and so happy to have caring people like them in our community.

“I just wanted to finally reflect after over a decade of using this bank for managing my checking account and whatnot.
After visiting a different NON-Santander bank for a specific situation recently, I have had such an insanely dreadful experience that I had to leave a nasty one star.
Meanwhile, I've been to a myriad amount of Santander branches over the years, with this particular one being my go-to due to distance, and utilized mobile customer service on various different occasions - and I've had nothing but absolute flawlessly friendly, fully-attentive, and competent staff every single moment and step of the way throughout my years of using Santander.
I have to emphasize when I had that horrible experience at the other bank, it crossed my mind, my main bank (Santander) across all locations would NEVER treat me like that other bank did.”
“My law firm, Granite Law Group, has been banking with Enterprise for over a decade. They are so kid, quick, and efficient. I also have had a great experience working with their loan department when we were ramping up. They also helped me with my PPP applications during COVID. Enterprise is a really great local bank.”
