Only negative is they just were sold recently to Rockland Trust and will be changing in 2025. The products thru Enterprise are far more superior to Rockland Trust especially Checking accounts. Time will tell.”

After visiting a different NON-Santander bank for a specific situation recently, I have had such an insanely dreadful experience that I had to leave a nasty one star.
Meanwhile, I've been to a myriad amount of Santander branches over the years, with this particular one being my go-to due to distance, and utilized mobile customer service on various different occasions - and I've had nothing but absolute flawlessly friendly, fully-attentive, and competent staff every single moment and step of the way throughout my years of using Santander.
I have to emphasize when I had that horrible experience at the other bank, it crossed my mind, my main bank (Santander) across all locations would NEVER treat me like that other bank did.”
