“The majority of my experience has been fantastic, except that everything with their mobile and online banking has been nothing but infuriating. Both online and mobile hardly work outside of banking hours, I couldnt deposit checks, and trying to navigate the website has been a nightmare in the past, etc. I really hope the update to the app fixes these issues, I'm too busy to make it to the bank half the time so being able to use the app properly would be a life saver.”

“I have changed my review from one star to four stars. It was one star when this place was Merrimack Valley credit Union. Who I had few issues with especially when I applied for a HELOC. However, bright bridge. Credit union seems to be more organized, more responsive, and ever since bright Bridge took over. I have not had any issues with this new bank. Hopefully they stay this way.”

“I am not a client but took my mom there. She went to catch a check that has both hers and my father's name. They refused to catch it saying that my father has to be physically present for them to do that. My dad is not on her account and is not in the US at the moment. The first time we went there they required it be signed by both of them, so we mailed it to him where in rsides somewhere in Africa. That first time they said they just need his signature, they did not say that he had to be physically present. Now we have a signed check but they want him too. I have never had this happen to me at my bank. I have cashed many checks with my husband being present. This has been really frustrating to me and especially my mom. Other than that she is always locked out of her account and has to call to be reactivated. She has been requested to change banks.”
