The store was spotless, and the hardware section was the most organized and efficient I’ve ever seen. The pricing was great, and the product selection was beyond what I was looking for. I will definitely be going back again.”
“Service Like Nowhere Else: I needed a part for my obsolete Weber grill that belonged to my late father in law. Kevin Button located the obsolete part for me and even explained exactly how to install it properly. Installed right and the grill fires like a champ!
Customer for over 40 years-but Kevin did not know that. He was just doing what they all do there-treating every customer like they are important.

“From the retail store to the drive thru yard, everyone was so friendly and helpful.
Stopped in this morning for some ice melt after a big box store once again let me down and faked to deliver to my home. I was warmly greeted by the folks behind the counter and we had a great chat about some upcoming projects I’m planning. The cashier walked me through the process for collecting my 150# of ice melt via their drive thru lumber yard.
It was my first time shopping there and accidentally went down the wrong lane in the drive thru but everyone was kind and gracious- I was so embarrassed & worried I was going to get the standard New England style scolding for my oversight. But the gentleman who assisted me with loading my ice melt and the cashier were both so lovely- thank you for that.
I am done with the big box home improvement stores and will be shopping here from now on!”

She helped me figure out which ones I could and couldn’t use depending on my plumbing (which even my contractors didn't inform me on), went above and beyond to find each shower piece in a specific finish for me, kept me up to date promptly via text when it would be in, even worked around things to try to get it delivered faster, and is so so friendly. HIGHLY recommend!!”
