“The store is clean and well stocked.. plenty of things in the pet section.. vitamins medications and so forth.. pet toys, pet beds etc. Lots of clothing, lawn and garden items.. it's handy.. it's a good store”
“This is a great hardware store. The staff are very helpful and they have a great barbecue/smoker section with hard to find products like stump chunks and good quality lump charcoal. They ALWAYS have what I need in stock!!”

“I've been in business 42 years, I have NEVER met a Shipping Department Manager, Garrett, who is more personable and Compassionate about the time of delivery and how it is important to those on the receiving end. Had a glitch, spoke to Garrett personally and he jumped all over it, my product gothere within 20 minutes.
It's great to see when all the cogs in the wheel don't work that someone jumps in and takes the bull by the horns..

I recommend this store over the big box stores for any hardware items or things for your yard.”
“From the retail store to the drive thru yard, everyone was so friendly and helpful.
Stopped in this morning for some ice melt after a big box store once again let me down and faked to deliver to my home. I was warmly greeted by the folks behind the counter and we had a great chat about some upcoming projects I’m planning. The cashier walked me through the process for collecting my 150# of ice melt via their drive thru lumber yard.
It was my first time shopping there and accidentally went down the wrong lane in the drive thru but everyone was kind and gracious- I was so embarrassed & worried I was going to get the standard New England style scolding for my oversight. But the gentleman who assisted me with loading my ice melt and the cashier were both so lovely- thank you for that.
I am done with the big box home improvement stores and will be shopping here from now on!”

“We contracted Splash by Masi to do some upgrade work on a full bath and a half bath. Floor tiles, countertops/faucets,lights, and more. They had done some work on our old home many years ago and did a magnificent job. Well, they obviously haven't missed a beat, as the bathrooms in our new home now look fantastic after some Masi magic. They were right on schedule with everything, and all went as planned. I have to give special recognition to Michael, who was assigned to all of the projects. His workmanship is exemplary. I highly recommend Splash (and Michael) to anyone who wants their bathrooms to impress. Very happy.”

“It is a Harbor Freight, mostly cheap Chinese tools but they do have a handful of solid well designed offerings. prices are always much lower than comparable item from another store.

“I had such a great experience at the Salem, NH Home Depot and wanted to recognize two employees who really stood out.
I accidentally left my ID at the checkout while Connor was helping so many customers and seemed to be the only employee covering all of the checkout registers. After I left, I called the store twice to see if my ID had been found, but no one was able to locate it. Connor had actually kept it safe for me and went above and beyond by finding me on social media and reaching out to let me know he had it. He saved me such a headache! When I went back to the store, he saw me walk in and immediately gave me my ID back. It was incredibly kind of him.
I also want to recognize Alejandro in the Paint Department. He helped make my AI dream bathroom idea come to life! He helped me choose the perfect paint color, gave me his opinion, and was so knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole process.
