“The place was clean. The staff were friendly. But they had a hard time telling us where to find irrigation repair parts. Went through four employees before we got good directions.”

“I had such a great experience at the Salem, NH Home Depot and wanted to recognize two employees who really stood out. I accidentally left my ID at the checkout while Connor was helping so many customers and seemed to be the only employee covering all of the checkout registers. After I left, I called the store twice to see if my ID had been found, but no one was able to locate it. Connor had actually kept it safe for me and went above and beyond by finding me on social media and reaching out to let me know he had it. He saved me such a headache! When I went back to the store, he saw me walk in and immediately gave me my ID back. It was incredibly kind of him. I also want to recognize Alejandro in the Paint Department. He helped make my AI dream bathroom idea come to life! He helped me choose the perfect paint color, gave me his opinion, and was so knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole process. Connor and Alejandro both provided amazing customer service and absolutely deserve recognition… and a raise! 😊”

“Such a difference! Have a stackable dryer that was damaging clothes making loud noises and unfixable and outdated. After half day of very frustrating call to manufacture with issues being understood and several transfers/disconnects happening, I turned to Home Depot. Was immediately directed to Wendy who was such a pleasure, went above and beyond searching for something compatible, trying to set everything up for me and complete my order after issues with my card, just to ensure I would not have to make a trip in otherwise. She was very patient and helpful and a pleasure to do business with! Much appreciation and thanks sent her way!”

“I love Lowes for all the typical items one needs, sanding supplies, paint, yard tools, faucets, general hardware, even lamps, mirrors, and light fixtures, and their clearance items are a great value. Their iOS app is really helpful, especially the interactive store map and locating items.”

“I had an issue with a large order that was shipped from this store. It was the wrong item (an upgrade) but wouldn't start. After going back and forth with multiple customer service agents, I was essentially told there was nothing to be done. I had given up and advised they lost a customer for life. Then my faith was restored by the store manager Anthony who called and advised I would be able to keep the item after I was able to get it started. He has renewed my faith in Home Depot and I will continue to shop there as long as they end up doing right. Anthony did right by this customer and I applaud his service.”

“The entire team was great (Chris, Jason and Robbie). What a difference even my grandson who’s 7 years old noticed. As for me, my skin, my hair and the taste are phenomenal. No more carrying cases of water. I’m so pleased with the service and equipment. My daughter said she really enjoys the new system she battles with dry skin and the water has definitely made a difference in everyday life. Thank you!”
