“I am surprised to see all of the negative comments and reviews. I have been going to this UPS store for years and the gentleman there is always very nice. Just busy. I even went there one time needing a notary public to sign an application paper to obtain a proper license for a job with the Massachusetts CCC and he did it for free. I am in that store once a week and have never had a problem. Sometimes people just have bad days. Maybe these people encountered him on a bad day IDK. I will actually be going there on Monday with a very large box and expect nothing but professionalism from him. I wish to extend my deepest appreciation to the man that runs the UPS store in the variety store is one solid guy. Don’t listen to all these haters. They must have a personal vendetta against this man.”

“As someone who often has anxiety doing errands that warrant a trip to the ups store, I am so grateful for how warm, friendly, and efficient the staff are here. Nico and Sally were great and I will absolutely be back if I require those notary services or help with mailing! Thank you!”

“Always great service, accommodating, extremely helpful. Strange to be rating an ups store, but this is our favorite store. I have never felt rushed, the people working at the store r just genuinely helpful. 10/10 on packaging, returning, shipping, and great service.”

“This is an excellent UPS store based on my experience. Lauren tries to keep everything moving even when the line is long. She personally packed up 40 pieces of antique stemware that I had to send out and made sure it was safe and sound. I have also used the notary here and they are very patient and helpful. 5 Stars!”

“It’s truly the staff that makes this place stand out. Scott and the entire team, along with everyone else I’ve gotten to know, even if I don’t know everyone’s name, are incredibly kind, courteous, helpful, and genuinely appreciative of their customers. Every interaction has been positive, and they consistently go above and beyond. Outstanding customer service! Thank you all :)”
