“I had a car accident on my way to work last Thursday and Demers got the call to tow my car away. I am a widow with limited finances, I don't know anyone in this area, and with no other means of transportation so, I was resigned to having to use Lyfts to get back and forth to work. My adjusted told me that I needed to contact them to go and get my plates and belongings out of my car so that it could be junked and paid off. I didn't have the money to pay for a ride to do this so, I called and spoke to them and they were so kind enough to clean out my car for me and set my belongings aside until I could get my roommate and his girlfriend to go there with her car and get my stuff. It is nice to know that, especially at this time of year, that kindness does overcome greed! I will use them in the future for any needs I have; most definately”

“Joe’s Auto is fantastic! This week I was having issue removing some screws off the hinges of my jeep wrangler hard door's, I was a a total loss. I took a ride to Joes and ask his opinion on what to do. He told me bring down and we can try to give you hand. I dropped them and I no time they were calling me to come pick them up, all the screws were removed, I was thrilled. “My VW Atlas was making grinding noises when I applied the brakes. Called on a Friday and they were able to fit me in on Monday. When they inspected the car, they found I needed new brake pads and rotors. They were able to complete the work same day and even offered to give me a ride home because I live locally. Price was fair for what I expected. Would use in the future for auto needs.”

“Just got my truck back after an incident where I went off the road and through the woods. Almost 360 degree damage. I was torn. The truck is brand new. Pearl white. With OVER 30K in damage. I didn't even want the truck back and was nervous about what I would be getting back and the process. They walked me through everything. Every step of the way. When I got my truck back, I'm telling you I could not see or tell there was ANY damage. Whether the panel was replaced or repaired, it looked brand new. “I needed a tow on a Tuesday around 6:30/6:45pm in North Billerica. The dispatcher was kind and patient with me as I worked out what I wanted to do, and it just so happened they had a truck right nearby. I hung up the phone with the dispatcher after paying and the truck pulled up mere moments later, which was a godsend after waiting a while on a different company that never showed up. Truck driver was very nice (Charlie I think was his name) and he dropped the vehicle off at a nearby mechanic's for me. Hopefully I won't need a tow again but I'd recommend them!Service: Car towing”

“I had a great experience with Sheehan's this evening. I wish I'd gotten the names of the two drivers but I was pretty stressed out when my car broke down on I-93. The first driver had great communication and showed up in about a half hour. When he realized he couldn't tow my car because we couldn't get the trailer hitch mounted bike rack off, he got a flatbed driver over in about 5 minutes. I got towed to my desired mechanic in NH with no issues and had an enjoyable conversation on the way. They made a multi-hour ordeal eaiser to deal with. Very respectful young men, and I always felt safe.”
“Helped me out and towed my bike off the side of Rt3 when I had a rear flat. Sergio was great, friendly, and fast! Took really good care of my bike when loading and unloading.”
