I didn't even want the truck back and was nervous about what I would be getting back and the process. They walked me through everything. Every step of the way. “The Manager gave me a ride home after I said I was going to order an uber home when I was dropping my truck off. (This was on a Sunday and I don’t live far) He went out of his way to help me out.”
“I had a car accident on my way to work last Thursday and Demers got the call to tow my car away. I am a widow with limited finances, I don't know anyone in this area, and with no other means of transportation so, I was resigned to having to use Lyfts to get back and forth to work. My adjusted told me that I needed to contact them to go and get my plates and belongings out of my car so that it could be junked and paid off. I didn't have the money to pay for a ride to do this so, I called and spoke to them and they were so kind enough to clean out my car for me and set my belongings aside until I could get my roommate and his girlfriend to go there with her car and get my stuff. It is nice to know that, especially at this time of year, that kindness does overcome greed! I will use them in the future for any needs I have; most definately”

“I was in a serious accident on the highway and D&R — specifically Scott — showed up to tow my car. I was with my wife and very upset minor son. Not only was Scott careful and caring with loading my truck on his tow bed, but he offered us a ride to somewhere safe. Once he learned we were 1.5 hours away from home, he pulled over and made a call to a friend at a local car rental agency, convincing him to stay open late for us. He dropped us off at the rental agency while he went back to unload my damaged vehicle. Top-notch service and a soothing voice during a difficult time. A+”

“I totaled my car and needed someone to tell me that for insurance purposes. I called over 10 different Allstate approved bodyshops from Concord all the way down to Nashua and every single one told me that they can take my car now, but would not look at it for at least 2 weeks. Dave Illg's did not see me as just a paycheck despite being a young woman with car problems. When I called it was a breath of fresh air because they said that they'd take my car today and promised me they'd look at it- I asked for a timeframe on when I'd get an estimate and they said they would look at the car and be able to tell me right away and that exactly what they did. All of the other bodyshops I called claimed that they could not look at the car for at least 2 weeks and Dave Illg's helped me unload my car, looked at it, gave me a verbal estimate, and gave me a clear timeline of when to expect my insurance company to be receiving my written estimate- despite the fact that I came in an hour before close on a Friday. I would recommend Dave Illg's to anyone looking for a competent, compassionate, professional, and honest body shop.”

“Was a decent experience during a bad time for me, I needed them to tow me very quickly and the man I spoke to on phone sent his brother out fairly quickly to get us. The young man that picked us up was polite and very professional. They were a bit more than the other company that called me back but they were telling me 30 min when C-A took only 20min. Would use there service again but hopefully will never need a tow.”

Russell was an excellent mechanic and investigator since he found out my brake booster was the wrong one installed for my truck at a previous car shop and the master cylinder they installed was also defective.
