“I can’t say enough good things! Brenda the owner is an angel - she went above and beyond when my car was totaled while traveling from out of state passing thru Mass. she gave me a hug and bags to take all my belongings in. She gave me advice all along the way which was a huge help since this has never happened to me. She treated the situation as if it were her own. Her team was so nice - they gave my 3 yr old a snack and they set us up with a rental car delivered to us! They made an awful event so sooo much better. Everything was so quick and we were back on the road within 2 hrs which is unreal! They helped take off the camping rack and held it so my father in law could travel to get it. Also mailed some small belongings I left in the car back to me. Like I said - cannot thank them enough !!!! Above and beyond service - I felt like God put her in my path for sure ❤️ Thank you Brenda and team !”
“I was recently rear-ended and I had my car fixed at Long Collision Center. I also had a scratch repaired that was unrelated to the accident. The results were great! They detailed it as well, and my car looks like new. The two women I dealt with at Long were helpful and efficient. Everything was spelled out clearly, and the work was completed in just a few days. “I would highly recommended this place. My passenger rear door of the car was damaged when it was backed into the garage. An estimate was requested and seen within 30 mins of the accoddnt, and the car was left at 8 am the following day. The vehicle was completed by 4 pm, and there was no sign of the previous damage. They quoted a fair price, and the final cost was even lower”

“I’ve been going to O’Malleys forever. Tom, Rich, and the rest of the team are incredible. I just brought my car in for a minor repair due to a collision earlier this year - not only did they do a great job with the repair, but they cleaned both the interior and exterior of my vehicle and filled up my windshield wiper fluid in addition to the repair, at no additional charge. These are things they don’t have to do, but they DO, because they care about doing good work and making their customers happy. They always go above and beyond. Will always give them my business!”

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Dana and after a brief conversation I knew immediately I had met the right guy for the job. He is thorough and will go above and beyond for you. “I would give them 10 star review if I could. I brought my car there to get the bumper and headlight fixed after my car was hit. I got my car back and not only did they fix my bumper and headlight but they replaced the other headlight, repainted most of my car and even buffed out cover ups the previous owner had covered with nail polish. To my surprise it was completely cleaned out and vacuum also. I was beyond happy with their work. If I ever have to get auto body work done again, (hopefully I won’t have to) I will definitely be bringing it back there.”
“I brought my car here for some repairs after an accident. Everyone in their front office was so friendly and helpful from my initial call through the entire process. They got me in quickly for my repairs and promptly followed up with me regarding additional damage to my vehicle the same day. I picked my vehicle up today, and not only does the outside look beautiful and new again, but it looks like they cleaned the inside a bit as well! “After a little over a month, I got my car back. It took so long due to parts being backordered which is totally understandable. I would suggest keeping clients/ customers updated on the status of the vehicle if the project took so long, rather than having to call and ask about it, which is what happened on my end.Other than lack of communication, Gabriel and his crew did an awesome job replacing my sunroof and detailing my car. It was super clean and loved that they were able to wash off tree sap that would not come off for months. I would let them work on my car again. Staff and Gabriel were friendly and professional. Also, since I did not have any rental coverage included in my insurance, they took it upon themselves and contacted Enterprise and gave me a nice discount for my rental.
