He spent a long time explaining how to use a battery pack chainsaw. We had a problem, brought it back he adjusted it for us right away. “I need to give the Auburn location 5 stars due to one employee in particular. Patty, at customer service, was so helpful in my situation regarding an online application made in error. I had called and she had told me to come down right away so we can take care of the issue I was having. I went down and within 15 minutes, all was settled. ;)
Pro tip: unfortunately, dealing with the Home Depot credit line was literally nearly impossible to get through via the telephone, so if you don’t want to waste time and be bounced around on the phones with literally no success, literally just go to the store. And someone like Patty will get it solved in minutes.”
