“Fast, comprehensive tire service. My car was at another shop. At 10:30am I called Dick’s and they didn’t have them in stock either. But they were able to order for same day delivery. By 2:30pm, my car had 4 new tires and warranty program for free tire rotation and repairs. I’ll go out of my way to go back!”

(Definitely the roads fault….and not our driving! Haha) The guys here get the tires ordered and they put them on the car in a timely manner. Dan got me in right away due to a bubble on my tire “being dangerous” as it could “blow out, especially in this heat.” It is so nice to deal with small, personal businesses where you are not just another customer….but someone whose safety matters! I dropped into this garage where they were so super helpful and friendly. Real old style quality operation. They diagnosed the issue but couldn’t fix it without a spare part. They wouldn’t take payment for the analysis. Could not recommend them highly enough. Mil gracias.”

“Had to replace a drive tire and a trailer tire. Called and got what I consider a fair price for the quote. They were working on my rig within 15 min of arriving. Took just about an hour to do the work. The people in the office are super nice and were welcoming. Ended up paying less than what was quoted because the service advisor came up with a better plan for the tires, and she ended up saving me $100. They definitely earned a repeat customer.
Will be bringing my rig to them whenever I am in the area and need tire repair.
(They also do road service)”

“Had an appointment last week at 8am. Unfortunately, I arrived to learn that they double booked the appointment. Mistakes happen; i let the other individual go first. Other individual proceeded ballistic on the service advisor Larry and management because the service didn’t begin immediately at 8am. The positive portion of my review is geared towards Larry; he maintained his composure while being berated by a customer. He could have easily lost his cool back (I sure would have). Kudos to Larry for maintaining his professionalism when it would have been easier to not. Hopefully management sees this and acknowledge Larry for how he acted during a trying time.”
