I have even asked them to order products for me that they currently did not carry and the next week they were there. Their gas prices are much lower than other places. I highly recommend them!”
“Often very busy, but prices make it worth it. When a pump is not working it is always fixed by the next time I am there. Attendant just for the gas portion so you dont have to wait forever for someone in the store if you need help.”

“I've been using Joe's citgo for over a decade. Eli and crew are trustworthy and honest. Since there are only two bays, you need to be flexible. Sometimes he'll ask you to leave it for a day or two. It's a good idea to call ahead and see when he can do the job. There is no Joe at Joe's citgo.”
“I ran over something on the Everett Turnpike in Westford at 3:30 am. front tire low air warning so we got off the highway and found a spot to check the tire. i googled tire shops near me and this place popped up 2 miles away. we limped there hoping we could be back on the road by 9am. Owner was already there when we arrived and we were on our way quickly with a plugged tire. we were so lucky for this encounter and gives the business 5 + stars. it saved a 13 hr drive from being a 2 day drive.”
“Usually good prices. Prices vary by location. Long lines. Most of their locations have a horrible lay out for the in and out of the gas stations. All of them should have extra long hoses.”

“I love these guys! They are always kind, respectful, and do great work at a reasonable price. This week I took my leased car to the Toyota dealership for includes maintenance and a flat tire. I and was told they couldn’t patch the flat and I would need four new tires and alignment for ~$1500. The mechanics at BP assured me that my other tires were fine and were able to fix the flat and put it back on for me for $45! No more dealership for me!”

“This is a fantastic company. When I call to schedule deliveries I always get to talk to Lindsey and she’s nothing short of kind, friendly and professional all at once. I love getting my kerosene and propane from here . They always deliver on time and just surprised me today with an earlier delivery right before Christmas because I was low on kerosene. What a fantastic company with 10/10 service!!! Definitely worth coming to this company. As long as I reside in Pepperell and reside living in this area I’ll be coming to this company always !”

Every time I go in there, the people behind the counter are super nice and helpful, especially Lance. I was there yesterday and he's always so nice and polite. “Prices are good, location is good. The quality is about what you would expect from a older, smaller gas station. Air pump works.The ads at the pump are obnoxious though. Normally pressing one of the side buttons mutes the audio, but they have disabled that feature. Not the end of the world, but that's the sole reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5.Overall it's pretty good.”
