“Just let me start by saying the team in East Boston is amazing. We had the pleasure of meeting all of them. They are all so courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. Then came Maggie who just went over the top. She went above and beyond to help . There are just not enough words to explain how great, helpful and knowledgeable she is. We just purchased new phones and was having trouble understanding different apps that were on our phones but Thanks to Maggie, who did not give up until we were completely satisfied . She was so so helpful, we could not have been happier with her . She also has an amazing personality. She is very patient and we will be recommending all our family and friends to T mobile, thanks to Maggie.

“There is especially one guy from the staff that was so friendly with me and my boyfriend! Always making some small talk about how his day went, about how our day went :) Also he is working soooooo many hours, that's impressive how friendly he is with this amount of work 😱
And the store is 24h/24h open, so really handy, just next to the metro station which is a prefect location 😊
We honestly miss him and he made our stay in US really nice :)”
