“The owner Herc is so lovely and really helpful! Can’t live without the backup sensor that he installed. He was very patient when I went back to recalibrate it after it was installed and replaced it when it had some water damage.”

“My 11yo son wanted to upgrade his gaming PC. This place is like a electronics superstore from the 1990's and I wanted him to see what it was like shopping before the internet and this microcenter did not disappoint. Plenty of employees available to help you out even on a Saturday afternoon and the selection of everything computer related is amazing. We could actually view all of items we have been reading about in person.”

“Brought in an older Denon amp that produced scratchy sounds out of one, sometimes two, ports. Dariusz had performed outstanding service about 10 years prior on this amp and, again, repaired, cleaned all controls and switches, soldered pcb board, AND had the unit back to me within a few days. Dariusz is an audio repair genius, and, more important, a fair, honest, and reasonable businessman. Go to him if you are having ANY problems with your audio equipment...won't be sorry!”

“The service is impeccable. Everyone I talked to was patient and eager to help me. I ended up dealing with James for the larger part of my time there, he was amazing and patient. Really loved the service”

“Came out of the iconic Porter Sq. Red line 'T' stop & headed for the Target located to its right-across the street. Three of the sales associates i interacted w/ were very helpful in giving assistance to my questions. Over all the store is well maintained & have a fair selection of merchandise (but no bird seed, which is what I went in to look for, & the ladies rest room has no way of drying ones hands). Otherwise I would return to shop here again.”

“Last night I picked up a couple online orders. At home I realized that I was missing one of the times. I should have checked before leaving Target. After explaining the situation over the phone today, they worked with me to resolve the issue. Shoutout to Corbin, the manager who was very nice.”

“My phone voice recorder stopped working so that when you were trying to talk to someone they could not hear me but I could hear them. I went to another store and no one could fix it or help other than get a new phone. Granted my phone is older and should really be replaced. I was assisted here by a young man named Malik. I explained the situation and right off the bat he suggested that I use my headphones since they would have a voice recorder built right in. Sure enough when I got home I tried this and it worked! He was genuinely nice, thoughtful and did not push a new phone on me. As soon as I get my taxes done I will be going to see him for a new phone! Shows you that there are good people out there who still care!”

“My favorite restaurant in the Kendall square area. Great place for a romantic dinner. The egg salad sandwich is artfully crafted and exquisitely eggy. I also recommend the footlong Italian Tuscan style sub. And all cakes! Service is impeccable--the food is always ready within minutes of placing the order.”
