“I normally don't leave reviews of companies that don't sell food, but Motu has some of the best customer service I have ever received. I bought a Motu M2 in summer of 2020 and recently had some some build quality issues. I called and asked what could be done and they said send it in and we'll send you a new one. $15 for shipping there and two weeks later I have a brand new unit that is much improved years after the warranty ended.Definitely will be buying from this company again especially since they make their stuff in the USA.That's how you keep a customer satisfied!”
“Came in immediately after I realized i waterlogged my laptop and even though it was busy and Josh himself was working with another customer, he very kindly helped me out. Even though there wasn't another person available to help until 3 hours from now, Josh understood my urgency and personally took my laptop to the back to check for initial cosmetic damage all the while giving proper attention to his first customer. Because I had Apple Care +, my $1500 laptop would only need to be repaired between a range of $99-299 which is honestly a steal as I'm a student and this laptop is very important to me. Josh clearly outlined the process of what would happen next and was super pleasant to work with even as I was being a bit pushy, essentially having cut the line. He had me in and out and set up an appointment for me to drop off my laptop at a time that worked better for me, reassuring my concerns and being super nice/ chill with me the entire time! Josh is really went above and beyond and for that I am so grateful :)”

“The 7-Eleven is in the perfect spot for me it's between Porter Square train and Davis Square on Mass Ave, in the morning I make a nice breakfast blend hot coffee with cream and Splenda any size I want anytime of day $1 in the coffees always nice and hot and fresh and the people are really friendly it's a great way to start your day”

“The representatives at this particular store have been so friendly and helpful the few times I’ve stopped in. Mehlani, Orlein, and another young man (I think his name was Michael, if I’m remembering correctly) recently spent over an hour helping me troubleshoot an issue with my SIM card. They were engaged and knowledgeable and very helpful! To be honest I have not received the same quality of service at other nearby locations— so I will definitely be coming back to this store the next time I need help!”

“I like the vibe here. I live up there road on Prospect Hill, and we have a handful of ghetto ass convenience stores, the sort off places you might see in a place like Guatemala City. This 7-Eleven is refreshing, and to be completely honest, is firing on all cylinders. Fresh and hot foods full up and all on point. Coffee station full and on point. Junk food selection is multi-aisle and is full and vast. Nice BOGO deals on junk food and drinks. On top of all that, it's open 24/7.”
“This specific location doesn't have clothing, but I always find their produce/grocery department prices, excellent. I often get 2 peppercorn steaks for $13 and the quality is amazing . Yesterday I got a body pillow for $7, and a person blender for less than $20 Love this store, and the employees are always kind and helpful.”
