“I am not in MA, and I recently I bought a heavy (almost 40 pounds) antique traffic signal from a seller in MA. The signal has extremely rare glass reflectors and lenses - and metal and glass shipped together often results in a sad box of metal and shards at the destination. Not so with QP&S! The seller gave the QP&S staff my number so I could discuss how best to pack the signal. I spoke with Alex, who was very friendly and understanding of the details regarding my parcel (e.g., putting bubble wrap between the lenses and reflectors).. I could tell he was going to pack it as conscientiously as another avid collector might. They used FedEx Ground, which worked out great; a very fast ship and the box was well labeled and well-handled. So, this did all cost me a couple hundred dollars with insurance, but I paid it gladly, because any cost-cutting on a shipment like this would have been a huge risk of me having to spend the rest of my short life trying to track down replacement reflectors for a scarce 1930s traffic light.”
“Highly recommend Cape Cod Pack & Ship. I’ve been a townie here and I cannot believe today was my first time in the store! I was shipping legal documents that I needed packaged. Due to the type of documents I could not leave until the box was sealed.Andrew was super professional and even though I knew I was not next in line to get my items packaged he quickly accommodated me. I was truly not expecting this and was prepared to sit and wait. I watched Andrew converse with three other customers while I was in the shop—customer service, in my opinion, is a dying art. Andrew has perfected it. Thank you! Will return!”

“I had the best experience at this post office! The gentleman who helped me weigh my wedding invitations to determine postage was incredibly kind and attentive. When I returned with the stamped invites (one minute after they officially closed), he went above and beyond by hand-stamping each one, THAT DAY. “We had a large number of Certified Mail envelopes to be processed on a Saturday morning, where the Teaticket location was only open for 3 hours; we hadn’t had an opportunity to make pre-arrangements for the lengthy processing time involved. The envelopes were processed willingly and efficiently, while the staff member was able to multi-task, handing out mail to regulars on a first-name basis, and handling other routine transactions. Very impressive! This will be our go-to Falmouth post office in the future!”
“I just tried to call the post office in Forestdale, MA as I had previously requested that our date of change of address be changed from 79 Circle Drive, Port Orange, FL 32127 to P.O.Box 123, asking that it be changed from April to June 1st as we are staying at our FL addess until June 1st because of the virus situation but it appears that the mail is not being forwarded to FL from MA. Therefore I am requestingonce again that the mail continue to be forwarded to FL until June 1st. Please do send any mail sent to Forestdale MA be sent to our FL address until June 1st. Thank you. “This particular post office is quaint and tucked neatly in a small Plaza next to a pet shop liquor store and restaurant. Most of the postal workers here are friendly compared to other post offices they are all peaches. Easy access and plenty of parking. You can send out your bills and drink away their memory all in one stop.”

“Great post office!! I had two packages go missing for my wedding bridesmaids proposal boxes. Mike called me immediately upon putting in a request at USPS. He was so helpful and patient? Not only did he do the box that had gone missing going towards East Falmouth he even did the box search report for one going to Dallas for me. Excellent customer service! Just to compare, I haven't even heard from Dallas yet so I am very impressed with the service here.”

“Went to this location in hopes of some assistance with a Passport submission. The entire staff was great and helped well beyond my expectations. They were very knowledgeable on the passport details and requirements and gave some great advise on how to properly navigate the submission and save some money on services I did not need. The customer service was truly exceptional!”
“Very convenient option if you're vacationing on the Cape & want to drop off a couple of postcards while on the Vineyard doing touristy stuff. This USPS location is smack dab in the middle of all of that, but still seems like an active resource for locals as well. Quick service at the window, despite a handful of people in line.”
