“I used a group-on and got a great deal for a full synthetic oil change. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. My car was new to me but they knew how to adjust the computer and made sure to explain one of the codes. I have an oil temperature setting and it needs to be reset after a change. It hadn’t been working correctly as the last place did not reset it. I went to the Jiffy Lube in East Longmeadow, MA and I highly recommend it.”

“Just a quick shout out for Patty at the front desk at Franks Auto.
She understood an issue and referred us to a local repairer of specialty parts that would have been able to do the required work (Welding) rather than taking us on themselves and replacing parts and being a large expense.
The knowledge she has of local businesses in the area and who to trust is probably worth a gold mine, and the fact that they would rather refer to the right business than take on the work speaks volumes in todays age.
Note: She did say they were booking regular mechanic work 2.5 weeks out from the day I visited, so they can be busy!”
