“In this era where customer service is all but dead, I wanted to note that Licia Van Steenburgh (current Branch Manager), did a great job of resolving my issue (despite me being a tough customer) quickly and efficiently. She also took it upon herself to follow up the next day with a call and a proactive reversal of an erroneous charge on my acct, she save me the call or trip to the bank, and made me glad to know that there is still good customer service if you are lucky enough to deal with Licia (or likely others at her branch). Thanks!”

“Today I received the fastest and most professional assistance from both Tamika and Jenny! They carefully listened to my area of concern and quickly identified a solution for me. I was out of there in less than 15 minutes! Lastly, their positive attitudes and customer focused mindset really made me feel taken care of. Even though it was the end of the day and 45 minutes before closing, I was treated like the first customer of the day; amazing! I left with my concern quickly resolved and a few laughs mixed in. “Maria Tsiknis, I said she was getting a 1 because shes the best and yelled at me and said I better be a 10!!! She is and was I was lucky to have her doing the brunt work. HUGE SHOUT TO JULIE AND PETER!!! My problem was being a victim of id theft and they were all knowledgeable and caring and was in my opinion a team that made think BOA cares!! Highly recommend them and forever grateful.”
“Great service. I’m going to say 5 stars because of their loan process. In both experiences to date they were communicative, quick, and offered a great rate. There is one loan officer that I work with and he specifically does an excellent job. Another plus is they optionally have a text message communication method & as a younger and busy individual I like that. They also have a very personal feel that I appreciate. Will do further business with them in the future.”

Not only did they proactively catch the unverified charge, but Donna at the East Longmeadow branch was incredibly pleasant and helpful throughout the process. Banks aren’t always the most enjoyable places to visit, so I really appreciated her support and excellent service this morning.”

“I love going to luso Bank in Wilbraham it's right up the road. That's where I had my mortgage and I built a nice relationship with Terry there.
When anyone says that they're going to be buying a house or a car or whatever. Actually you got to go to a credit union. Go to luso's I've been going then for years. Their percentage rate is so much lower than a regular commercial Bank.
Very welcoming and friendly people there.”
