“Went to find some sandals to fit my wonky feet. My friend was with me and she picked out these very European looking sandals. I was like heck no. But then Jen, the owner came over and I explained my problems with my feet and she said yes, those are very good with removable footbeds to place orthotics if need be in the sandals. Well I bought not one, but two pairs of sandals by the Danish brand Wolky. They offer great heel support with a deep heel cup. They're very comfortable. And I appreciate the great service. I will be back for other shoes for the winter.”

The customer service was fantastic—when the work shoes I initially purchased didn't quite work out, the associate I spoke with over the phone was incredibly helpful. Not only did he facilitate a smooth swap, but he also went above and beyond to assist in finding a suitable replacement. The store's only limitation was a limited selection of leather shoes in different colors, aside from black. Despite that, my overall experience was excellent, and I'll definitely be returning for those slip-ons! Highly recommended for their top-notch service and commitment to customer satisfaction.”

“Giving this place five stars just because of the collection they have. They do carry a rad assortment of sunglasses, hats and things like that which are always cool to browse through. This is actually one of the only places in the Western MA area to buy limited brand street-wear such as Mishka, Hundreds and all of those other fancy "street" brands that are the rage of every hypebeast on the planet right now and make up the entire stock of Karmaloop. Unfortunately I'm not a big name brand wearing fellow and I go for actual BMX and skate companies gear out there. To each his own; there's also this dope couch setup in the store and the employees are welcoming. (Hard to find in any skate shop, or street wear shop these days. Look at Supreme's reviews of customer service in NYC.)”

“Me and my mom came here to buy my sister's kid a pair of sweat pants. It is a gift for Christmas. This place is a clothing store for little kids. They sell t shirts, jeans, sweaters, sweat pants, winter clothing for both girls and boys. They have all kind of different sizes to choose from for both little girls and little boys. The parking lot is big with handicap parking and handicap accessible entrance. They also have curbside pick up and online orders inside the store. The staff and employees are nice and friendly. The floors are clean. Also this place is inside the river Dale road shops. In west springfield Massachusetts.”
