“I adore this place. So glad someone told me to give it a try. There is a nice mix of casual and dressy. I've gotten some really interesting pieces here including two unique blouses, a couple of dresses (one casual and one dressy), a really cool jacket, and a truly unique, keep them forever, pair of black pants. I also purchased a very interesting, muted yellow leather pocketbook. Love it here. Will come back over and over. The service is outstanding. It can be hard for me to get over my normal don't want to talk to anyone, shop myself norm. I finally let them make some suggestions and boy am I glad I did! They are incredible at finding things for you and in most cases they were things I would not have tried on yet when I did I loved them. And they are not pushy at all. There are so few places where you can go and find good clothes that you can actually try on vs searching online. I will make the very long drive here over and over. Well worth the trip.”

“Love this location! I know it's an outlet store BUT they usually always have stuff 60% off and they do have a nice selection for woman and men. They have clothing , accessories and they have active wear which is super cute. Every-time I come to this location the workers are super nice the store is always very clean and the store isn't cluttered. The fitting rooms are also always very clean. Always great deals I feel like the whole store is always so cheap , feels like a clearance store to me. This store is located inside wrentham village. I'm not a preppy kind of dressy but they have a lot of different styles lately , I love their new active wear it's super cute. Give this place a go and I promise you that you will feel like this store is always on sale.”
“There is a great selection of clothes and good deals on quality products. They have many fitting rooms which helps keep the wait to get in during busy hours down. They also always seem to have a staff member outside the fitting rooms. They'll direct you to an open room and you can hand anything that doesn't fit to them when you leave. As someone who is a fan of Under Armour products but doesn't like the high prices I typically see, this outlet is a great place to shop.”

“cool store with very friendly employees! just happened to pop in one day with no intention of buying anything. isaac was very kind & friendly when i walked in. i ended up finding some awesome shirts & he suggested this really cool affliction shirt i got! Lysh is great too! Offered to online order for me with free shipping which i didn’t realize zumiez did, but it’s great! i stop in a lot now since that one trip & never met a mean employee here. Everyone’s super nice. They do a great job training their employees, who take their job seriously & you can tell!Also great clothes tho, super sick designs compared to a lot of the brand names in the outlets with boring logos or your plain boring tees.”

“I've always liked Banana Republic style. Perhaps too much beige as of late, but still, some of their pieces are fabulous. The jackets and hats especially. I do understand another reviews comment about quality. Some items are much better quality than others. Prices are high, even for an outlet. This year's men's shirts seem to be all slim fit. As are the men's pants. Where as ladies pants are wide leg. Plenty of items for men and women. The entire store was 50% off when we visited in March. Sadly we didn't find anything this visit. Definitely worth a look.”

“Customer service nowadays can be a challenge. Both Cheryl and Misty at K&G Fashion Superstore restored my faith in good customer service again. Cheryl though busy took the time to both help me locate pants to suit in my size at another location while also giving me info on someone that may be in a position if at all possible to have pants shipped to store. Misty, Assistant Manager located stores that had pants, called to put pants on hold in addition to sending emails to the Reading and Somerville location. These 2 women gave me a reason to shop in this store again and to tell as many people as I know about the Dedham location!!!”

“The name of this store is not a hyperbole. "WOW" is how I feel about shopping here. I've been coming to this little boutique for several years, and there is really no other store in the Boston area that I can compare WOW to. The clothes are beautiful and original and they last better than the stuff from Nordstrom or any other high end department store. Garments that look like they should be dry cleaned are all machine washable and come out in perfect shape after years of weekly washing. No pilling!Erika is a delight to work with. Once you shop at her store a few times, she'll just hand you a few things when you walk in. I'll still browse for an hour, but whatever Erika chose will usually look stunning and that's what I end up buying.What's so unique about the clothes WOW carries is that they offer many options for what you want to highlight and what you want to hide. In some stores everything is skin tight or everything is a bag. But at WOW I can always find something that will be tight exactly where I want and loose exactly where I want. Wow has clothes for every size and body type that are truly delightful. None of that boring Eileen Fisher awfulness.About the price and the return policy. Yes, the clothes are pricy and you can't return them for a refund (only store credit and sometimes there are time limitations). The first time I shopped at WOW this made me very nervous. But over many years, I've never felt like I wanted to return a single garment. The only thing I ever returned was a necklace/scarf that had an unusual smell to it (I am very sensitive to smells, so it might have just been me). Erika took it back and gave me store credit. After owning WOW clothes for years, I stopped viewing them as expensive. Say a WOW garment costs me $150, which first seams like 3 times what I would pay in some cheap store. But it lasts 3 times as long AND looks 3 times as nice. I am yet to retire a single thing I bought at WOW after 3 years.I can't think of any business that makes me feel this beautiful!”
