“Wish I could give 10 stars to the Roslindale Post office. I was putting together a retirement for my boss that was due at noon. I was waiting on 3 more envelopes that my colleagues had put in the mail the week before that I anticipated were most likely in the carriers bag out for delivery. At 10:30am I called the PO and April answered the phone. I offered to meet the carrier wherever he was to grab the envelope since my afternoon mail delivery would mean I could not finish putting the gift together. April went above and beyond and found the carrier and within 30 minutes the two envelopes were dropped in my box and she called to confirm they had been received. In 93° weather, I tried to run out to give the carrier a cold Gatorade, but he was already gone before I could get there. Both April and the mail carrier went out of their way to save the day so that we could complete the gift for my boss. A+++++++”
“I don't know exactly what "weird vibes" mean in the context of a post office. Long lines? Are you not used to that by now? 99% of my experiences have not been negative at all. In fact, I find the postal workers friendly and willing to go above and beyond.”

“I think the "mean lady" is gone because I've been to this location several times in the last few months, and they are wonderful! When the line gets long, they apologize for the wait and are very nice and helpful. I find this location a lot better than the E Walpole and Randolph locations where I used to go. The two current employees I always see are quick, knowledgeable, and kind.”

“I had a good experience here just today dropping off a package with all the details and label already put on. There’s social distancing norms in place with little indicators on the floor and masks on policy. There was only one counter open at my time of visit around 4pm but, there wasn’t a big line so it was ok.Contrary to all the reviews I saw about this place before my visit, I was leaning towards a bad experience but, i didn’t have one. It was a standard drop off for my package and I was done within a few minutes, got the receipt and headed home.”
“Excellent town post office! Very helpful staff offering professional services and advice. I’ve had a great experience every time I’ve come here over the past few months. I haven’t established a PO Box so I can’t speak to that, but they’ve helped with everything I’ve needed. Thanks so much!”
“USPS Canton branch is conveniently located and easy to access (just don't perform a u-turn to park). The staff is always professional, friendly and happy to answer any questions one may have. Not all local USPS locations are equal, which is why I'll often drive further to this one even though it may not be the closest.”
“Quick service and friendly staff. Can be busy and packed with people around the holidays and there never seems to more than one or two people working the counter.”
“The West Roxbury post office is one of my favorites, I make the drive from Jamaica Plain, it's worth it. Friendly staff, I never feel rushed and all the times I've been here there hasn't been much of a wait if any! They usually have 3 people at the desk at any given time, they have functioning pens at the counter (not all locations do). Parking is easy to find on the street and there is a parking lot behind the post office.”
“I used to live in Dedham and a package was getting sent to my old address. I stupidly apparently never filled out an address change form so I hoped it would still get delivered. On the day it said "out for delivery" it ended up getting scanned as "forwarded" then a few hours later "delivered" and a few minutes later "forwarded" again. I called usps customer service (~20 min wait around 3PM on a Thursday) and they couldn't see where it was getting sent. I was told they'll put in a request to the Dedham post office itself for more information and I'd get a call in 48-72 hours/whenever they get to it. The next morning it was scanned as "forwarded" again but then I got a call around 10:30 am the same day. The guy was super nice and confirmed there wasn't an address change form on file for me but they'll try to find the package in the back. Lucky for me the guy was able to grab it from the pile of mail slowly being scanned as return to sender! Not only that he was able to hold the package for me to actually come pick it up. The employee was super nice, patient and understanding.”
“One of the best post office experiences I've had in a while. Athena is a riot, and she helped me with my passport renewal while multitasking with another customer. I parked in the 15 minute spot thinking "yeah right", and was pleasantly surprised how quickly this went. Bravo Needham USPS!”

The people are calm, the people are nice, and they are specially very respectful. I recommend for anyone in the neighborhood to come by and visit!!!”
