“Wow!! Jose was amazing! I’ve been in a lot of t mobile locations (and Verizon before that) and I’ve never run into such a kind and professional person. Jose went the extra mile and spent over three HOURS with my very adhd family and helped us add 4 new lines to our account and switch them over from Verizon and ATT. “I went to this store today to buy a new phone. Adam was the young man who waited on me. He was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and took his time. He also laughed at all my jokes! He downloaded all the stuff from my old phone onto my new phone. It took quite a while and my old phone was being snarky. But Adam persevered! I am extremely grateful for this wonderful young man!
