“Great customer service experience at this location. When I arrived the store was busy but the employees were working efficiently and handled the crowds easily. It was my turn before I knew it and Mobile Expert Raedell took care of me, we discussed plans and phone options and with her outstanding product knowledge she helped me get the best plan that met my needs. She was very patient with me throughout the process and was also very kind. She guided me through my new phone operation and made sure all my apps migrated over from my old phone. She had to step away for a few minutes and asked her coworker David to step in and help the process along until she was able to return. David was very knowledgeable and helpful too. “I went to this store today to buy a new phone. Adam was the young man who waited on me. He was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and took his time. He also laughed at all my jokes! He downloaded all the stuff from my old phone onto my new phone. It took quite a while and my old phone was being snarky. But Adam persevered! I am extremely grateful for this wonderful young man!
