When I returned a man named Eddy helped me setup my new iPad! He was very knowledgeable and personable. He showed me many features on my iPad and iPhone. I did not feel rushed and overall a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this store!”

“The guys at the store were good.
However phones sales where I arranged to buy the phone told me I could trade in my own iPhone 6. The add says any phone, any condition.
The store told me I was required to turn in my current iPhone 11. Not happy.
I got home and pictures would not sync- the store was good helping me get that fixed.
They sold me a Pelican case with belt clip that performed Bradley- unit fell on the floor every time it was unclipped - they were happy to take back.
Overall an ok experience- the guys in the store worked well to get me satisfied.
