“This gym has everything you need for weightlifting and cardio. The gym is so popular that it's often packed with people in hard to find equipment not being used.”
“This gym was vastly upgraded recently. When I first visited several years ago I thought it seemed average at best and I joined Nauset Fit in nearby Orleans instead. I quickly found that Nauset allowed too much overlap between yoga and regular gym activities with shared limited space. At least half of my visits were curtailed because yoga people were occupying my favorite workout space , (Sled track). Finally I gave Bodystrong another look, and I'm glad I did. The Bodystrong facility has recently undergone a major overhaul with brand new equipment. Most importantly to me, no inconvenient sharing of yoga and gym space. I should mention that there seems to be an unsolvable flooding problem with flooding on the road leading up to the gym.”

The team was so responsive to my initial questions before attending and the signup process was extremely easy.
Each of the 4 classes I attended were challenging and the coaches (Cassie, Molly, and Darcy) were super positive and supportive across the board!
I will be back for sure.”
