“Just returned from having brought an after school youth program to a session at Nauset CrossFit. What an experience! The kids had the time of their lives and almost fell asleep in the van ride back to Hyannis from having worked out so hard. Chris was on-point in demonstrating each exercise he lead the kids to complete. The technology he uses to display the exercises (with the timers programmed into each one) was beyond impressive. Kudos to you, Chris, for making such a positive impact in the community. And maintaining a facility that is impeccably clean and truly set up to make exercise fun!!!”

“This gym was vastly upgraded recently. When I first visited several years ago I thought it seemed average at best and I joined Nauset Fit in nearby Orleans instead. I quickly found that Nauset allowed too much overlap between yoga and regular gym activities with shared limited space. At least half of my visits were curtailed because yoga people were occupying my favorite workout space , (Sled track). Finally I gave Bodystrong another look, and I'm glad I did. The Bodystrong facility has recently undergone a major overhaul with brand new equipment. Most importantly to me, no inconvenient sharing of yoga and gym space. I should mention that there seems to be an unsolvable flooding problem with flooding on the road leading up to the gym.”
