What I appreciate most: they listened, checked out my car thoroughly, and were completely honest about what was (and wasn’t) needed. I honestly braced myself to spend a ton of money, and it turns out I didn’t need anything at all. As someone who knows cars better than the average person, I still need a mechanic, and finding a shop that is genuinely trustworthy and honest is next to impossible (especially as a woman, IYKYK). “Went here based off a good recommendation of a friend. Alex scheduled me promptly for a muffler replacement and gave me a reasonable quote. They let me bring parts I purchased. Luis did the work and was honest and communicative. There were no surprises here about the fee for agreed upon work or the time it would take to do the job. I'm happy with the job and would go back for future work on my car. Also, they backed my car out of the garage for me no problem when I requested it. One point deducted for some miscommunication about my appt (no one there to greet me), but it got cleared up within 20 mins of my arrival.”

Theresa and Pancho are great. They are very professional and respectful. I come here all the time for my inspections. My son`s jeep had his fuel tank fall due to rusted tank straps and damaged his tank and fuel lines as well as the rear diff cover, hardware and gasket. I called Pancho and had the vehicle towed to the shop. Theresa and Pancho`s team of knowledgeable mechanics got my son`s jeep running again in a short time.
