“One of my tires was losing air consistently over a week or so. It got worse so I decided to stop into Rucki’s. Steve at the front desk was super nice and helpful and took my information and said they had a few people ahead of me, but would be able to get to it soon before closing (which was already impressive as this was around 3-3:30pm and they close at 5.)
I opted to leave my car there, not expecting them to actually be able to get to it that day. Not even an hour later, Steve called to let me know my car/tire was all set, and that they found a puncture in the tire and plugged it. When I asked how much I owed them, I was surprised to hear him say it would only be $25.
Rucki’s is by far the most honest and hard working shop I have visited, and I will definitely be back in the future.”
“Awesome and trustworthy staff. Roland and Israel are extremely talented mechanics. Rebecca is super friendly and responds fast with great communication. I have known Roland for 15 years, he maintained by first Audi A6 amazingly. I now have a Q7 and he and Isreal are the best. Bought it and he unfortunately found some issues immediately post sale from a dealer. They helped guide me through the pretty intense repair. Roland is the reason I bought another Audi, besides being amazing cars, it's great to have somebody you trust and know won't stear you wrong! Fabulous communication, easy to schedule service. “I come here to get my car or cars fixed. This place is honest and very reasonable. The prices depend on what you need done to your car. The staff are very nice and friendly. The guy who works here his name is Chris. I been coming here for many years. This place is behind Kelly school In holyoke mass. If anything is wrong with your car bring it here and Chris the mechanic will fix it for you then he will tell you what needed to be done and then he would tell you the price of how much it would cost. While he works on your car that needed to be fixed. He would also look around the whole car to see if it needed any more work to be done on it while he has it on the lift. There is on street parking here and also he has a small parking lot in front of his shop. Handicap accessible entrance.”

“Stopped in here a few days ago. So glad I did. These guys replaced both of my front tires with a matched set. From the time I drove in to leaving was 25 minutes. Tires mounted and balanced. The two gentlemen who replaced the tires were very nice and accommodating. Met the owner and we chatted for a bit. They have a seating area while you wait.
My overall impression was a great place to go. Large selection of tires. Excellent customer service. You will not be disappointed. I Highly recommend them. 5/5 stars.”

“Ismael gave me great advice on my audi repair. He could listen to the engine and knew exactly what it needed. The best news... it was very inexpensive to correct the problem. He also helped my friend with a major tire repair at a very fair price. The tire had fallen off the wheel so the truck was towed to Ismael overnight and the was done by 10am! Highly recommend!”
