A popular feature is the successful Unlimited Wash Pass program, which members find worth the price, especially for washing off New England winter road salt, with the undercarriage cleaning noted as a benefit. However, the wash is not touchless, and some customers report issues with the equipment. Faster spinning brushes have caused damage, including marked paint, and have ripped off side view mirrors and license plates on occasion. The wash may not be ideal for full-size pickups. Gets the job done. I come here for the vacuums, but not all of them have the same level of suction—including at least one that’s suction power is so weak it can’t bring grains of sand off a floor mat. So if the location is busy and you get stuck with one of the less powerful vacs, you’re SOL.
