Rich is the owner and literally sets the standards for this shop! Bumper to bumper … NOTHING was left untouched: grill, hood & engine compartment, wiper cowl, side mirrors (including housings), passenger compartment luggage area, spare tire well, etc. etc.
I’ve had dozens of cars detailed over the past 40 years; but NEVER been so impressed!!!

“Hidden gem. I drove by this carwash while I was on my way to a different carwash. I saw Paper City Carwash, and immediately made a u-turn. I was not disappointed! The wash was great; I appreciated that 2 men were spraying and brushing as my car entered the wash. Their vacuums are free AND powerful.
And it's cheaper than the place I had planned on using! Highly recommended!”

“I've been using this wash for over 10 years and today I had my first issue, so you may be wondering; why 5 stars? Well let me tell you, I paid for my wash, pulled the car in, nothing happened, the wash wasn't working. I called the owner, who immediately drove over and within 5 minutes was here and fixed the machine for me. To make it better, he was super nice about the whole thing and actually a pretty chill guy. So long story short I'll continue to use this wash for years to come.”
“Best car wash around. Costs are comparable, if not less, than other lesser car washes around. The soft touch wash is very thorough, the water pressure is great too. An added plus is that the self serve wash accepts cards so you don't need to have small bills or coins on hand.”
“James is awesome! Every time I come here, he always takes the time to spray my entire car before entering the bay. Most places will just spray the front and drivers side, so it’s very much appreciated. Besides the convenience of this location, I continuously come back because of the friendly employees and my car actually gets clean the first time I go through the wash with minimal residue.”

“4 individual bays to use to manually wash your car. One payment lasts for 5 minutes. The brush is just for scrubbing there’s no water/suds ejected from it. With the dial, you get to choose if you want prewash, wash, rinse or wax & for how long. There are vacuum stations in front & in the back. Everything works with quarters. Great place for car & me time! ?”
“I’ve been coming here for years with my mother, she swears by this place. Brandon and Colby were so patient with her and were complete gentlemen. The vacuums have never sucked harder and is always a great steal. I’d definitely keep coming and would recommend this carwash to anyone in the area able to swing by.”

“Excellent, Excellent service!!! I was assisted by a gentleman by the name of Josh. This was the second time I met him (two different locations both in chicopee). He went above and beyond to help me out. My car looked like my wife drove it through the jungle and there were no survivors. She actually parked under a tree and every bird in the state had their way with it. I don't know what was stained on it but it was reddish in color and dried up. I don't ever do reviews but Josh you deserve five more stars. Thanks again for your help!”
“Nothing ever gets my car entirely clean - it's small and car washes tend to miss the entire back side of my car (this car wash included, I have taken to just getting out and wiping it down myself afterwards - I really wish car washes would figure this out, because an awful lot of people drive Honda Fits around here and my Nissan is the exact same size).It's usually worse in touch-free car washes, so I was glad to find this one, which is NOT touch-free, and which got my car cleaner than any other car wash around here. Still not perfect, but much better.It also costs a bit less than the touch-free car washes in the area, and the free vacuums are a nice perk. I was honestly surprised they were free, most anywhere would try to get your very last nickel out of you.Staff is nice and no nonsense,”

Vacuums often don't have a lot of suction power. That's a disappointment...
Its a basic wash. My car is black. It sometimes causes my side mirror to flip. It's easier than doing it yourself.”

“You know how when you drive up to vacuum your car you get everything out and the vacuum doesn’t work! Especially on a 85° day. I know my bad for doing it in the heat but anyway I wanted to do a shout out for Roland at the Easthampton golden nozzle car wash, I’ll tell you what he was right there to help unclog three vacuums. And he was running around like a banshee cleaning trash, whoever hired him good job. He definitely made my day. I will pay it forward thank you Roland.”
