About Golden Nozzle Car Wash
Golden Nozzle Car Wash, a business started in the 1970s as part of F. L. Roberts & Company in Springfield, MA, has become the gold standard for car care in the region. The name 'Golden Nozzle' derived from the color of the gas station pumps at F. L. Robert gas stations in Western Massachusetts. In 2016, Nouria Energy acquired F. L. Roberts & Company's 26 convenience store and 22 Golden Nozzle Car Wash locations in Massachusetts and Connecticut. The chain's successful Unlimited Wash Pass program began in 2008, allowing members to enjoy unlimited car washes at any Golden Nozzle Car Wash location in five New England states. Customers praise the car wash's great service, free vacuums, and the effectiveness of the wash in leaving their cars clean and shiny. However, some have expressed disappointment with the lack of suction in the vacuums, which they describe as worse than a toy vacuum cleaner. Despite this, the car wash is generally considered a high-quality and reasonably-priced option, with a basic wash that does a great job.

I pay for the monthly pass... not happy it went up to 25 but its still better than paying ea time you go.
Vacuums often don't have a lot of suction power. That's a disappointment...
Its a basic wash. My car is black. It sometimes causes my side mirror to flip. It's easier than doing it yourself.

Did not clean the back of my hatchback much at all. I had to clean after leaving the car wash

Golden Nozzle is a great car wash. Free vacuums! The wash pass is well worth it! My husband washes his truck every day. He loves being able to go to any Golden Nozzle location. It always comes out looking clean and shiny.
