“We bring our kids every year. It’s more than just a shop with picking. There’s stuff for kids, it’s well arranged and organized. And the food is bomb. Well, particularly, these chicken fingers. They’re like panko-crusted goodness. If they served these downtown they’d be the HYPE.”

“This place has been in Brockton for a long time, i love going in for authentic Greek food, ingredients & FRESH FETA CHEESE. “I love Market Basket. This is an older one. They have a slightly smaller store and no grill to order like at their newer markets. They do sometimes have a few sandwiches and things out but nothing like their newer markets.”
“this is the cutest little country store with a really fresh deli. I loved getting subs here when I was post partum and starving. Now I pick some subs up to bring to family parties. Ownership is so nice and helpful, and the selection is great. We love Chartleys and will come here forever!”

“Great family market that competes well with the larger guys, carries items the big guys don't and has house made goods. Their house made items are very good, their own seafood salad, wheat bars, soups, and many other items are fantastic. They also have a good selection of beer and wine in the locations where allowable by law. Friendly associates and management and very accomodating”

“Great food and cheap as well. I have been going there for years and the food and service has always been great. I do say the grilled chicken is good but not as great as it was before. I do not know if there was a change in way of cooking it but it is still very taste.
Overall, I recommend people stop by if they need food or Cape Verdean product.”

“Love Big Y! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ This past shopping visit we were able to find four packs of fresh chicken thighs in the Walpole, Mass. location which were never previously available. I also look forward to the Sanders Chocolate Caramels which are available for a brief time starting in November. We also picked up hot clam chowder which was as good as at the best restaurants as per out taste. We're also fans of the fresh made fish and chips!”

Staff is friendly and chill.”

“I love this Shaws because it is big and usually has what. I use the self checkout, and everyone has always been helpful. One woman in particular who works Friday evenings is the best. I don't recall her name as of now. The two complaints I have are when upper management tells the store to move things around. I don't buy anything new, I get annoyed I can't find what I'm looking for. The other is there will be excessive rows of one product where they could dedicate a row or two for other types of the same product. An example would be adding one row of hot salsa by Pace and having 5 rows instead of six rows of medium salsa by Pace. Have one row of 100% whole milk full moisture shredded mozzarella, and the rest of the mozzarella be the disgusting skim milk, low moisture type.”
