The true heart of the Edgartown Inn is its incredible staff. A special note of gratitude goes to our host, Neusa, who went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was seamless. She, along with a warm, attentive, and highly professional hospitality team hailing largely from Jamaica, provided a level of service that felt both deeply personal and effortlessly polished. They made the Inn feel less like a hotel and more like a welcoming coastal home.
The culinary rhythm of the day at the Inn is an absolute delight. Mornings begin with a beautiful spread of coffee, fresh muffins and croissants, offering the perfect light fuel before heading out to explore. Returning to the Inn in the afternoons was just as rewarding, as we were consistently greeted by the comforting aroma and taste of freshly baked cookies —a small but highly anticipated detail that perfectly captured the property's inviting charm.
They have the perfect Edgartown location - You simply cannot beat this location! Situated right in the core of Edgartown, the property allowed us to easily navigate the best of the area on foot. We were just a short, scenic stroll away from the iconic Lighthouse Beach (the inn supplies towels, chairs and umbrellas to use if needed), as well as the vibrant shopping and dining scene that defines the downtown area.
If you are looking for an impeccably managed, historically rich, and perfectly located basecamp for a Martha's Vineyard getaway, the Edgartown Inn is an absolute must.”

“One of the best resort we stayed, especially the activities you can do and free unlimited s’mores , free unlimited coffee, tea. Free tennis clinics, clambakes party, we really enjoyed the warm hospitality of the staff. It feels like we all went to a group vacation with people who stayed there. No isolation at all. Also the beach is so clean. We have stayed in almost every 5 star capcod resorts and this is the best experience till date. My kid also enjoyed.”

“great location and great price for our room. would stay here again for sure. just one thing is the rooms walls are thin and heard the person nextdoor to us at six am on the phone for literally three hours. otherwise the staff was great extremely friendly and fun!”

“The front desk staff and Megan at the pool were outstanding! The guy working in the “behind the view” bar was not polite and was very overwhelmed. Super slow service. They seemed understaffed in there . I recognize it’s not yet peak season, but it seems strange for such an expensive 5 star hotel to not have waitstaff out on the massive (and stunning) front porch. Everyone had to go get their own drinks and there was no food allowed out there. Room was spotless and bed super comfortable . Could hear every footstep above us, though so bring ear plugs. Super close to a very quaint downtown. We rode the bikes and they were great! The bellmen set them up for us, adjusted the seats, etc. Was sad that the lighthouse is covered and under construction. Really detracted from the beach either all the vehicles and work supplies. Overall, a great stay .”

The hotel was spotless, the room beautiful, and the location puts you steps from Edgartown; breakfast was incredible, and the nightly homemade chocolate chip cookies were a perfect touch.
