“I highly recommend North Shore Bank. I went into the bank today frazzled from a security breach from somewhere else. I had a lot of things to accomplish this morning. I was on a mission. I said, “I hope everyone has had their coffee, you are going to need it this morning.” They said they had not, left the building, went and got coffee and got me one too. It’s the little things that encourage me to bank local. It may have just been a cup of coffee but it was more to me. I feel when anything positive happens in this day and age you need to share it.”

“Had trouble with a new debit card (not theirs) which ate my card. We called the bank and got the quickest and most attentive service possible. They held by card at the main bank and together we tried the card there where they could retrieve it immediately if it was eaten again. Worked fine. Especially for a bank I do not use regularly, they could not have been more immediately helpful. Highly recommend!”

When finished I asked if they had any of the Bruins Centennial pins left even though the giveaway was over. Her coworker Bridgette said they were out, but that I could have hers. I politely declined but she insisted. She made my afternoon! That is exceptional service. Thank you both.”

“Love this place I’ve had other banks like Bank of America horrible bank they just want you money but Luso always help me and treat me good never an issue. And as for the bad review before me about depositing cash into the atm they don’t have envelopes out because the atm shoots them out when you’re going to deposit $.. shouldn’t give something a bad review because your to dumb to use your banks atm!!”
