I came in for a flat tire fix but it was a sidewall puncture. I replaced the tire but there was a problem with the new tire. Joel went above and beyond to get it fixed and to ensure that I was fully satisfied and back on the road asap. As my vehicle is AWD, I decided later to come and replace the other 3 tires. Joel once again helped me again with his incredible customer service and gave me a nice discount for my prior troubles. Time and time again, Joel has shown that he will go above and beyond for his customers and to provide the very best service. I highly recommend Joel without any hesitation!”

I got a flat tire from a big nail and thought I’d be stuck without a way to get home. I stopped at another shop first, but they were closing and kindly referred me a couple blocks down to Mavis.The team there really went above and beyond to get my tire repaired so I could at least make it home safely. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers.This is what true customer-focused service looks like. Highly recommend—especially in an emergency, but for regular service too.”

“Shout out to Juma for awesome, patient customer service. It was the first time I've ever needed to change the tires on a car, and he was very helpful in walking me through figuring out the wheel lock and getting my car into the shop. Really awesome and easy experience. Going thru Costco saved me a few hundred dollars compared to getting my tires changed at the dealership.

I was a bit cautious about going through costco as there are quite a few negative reviews, but I imagine most problems other people encounter are due to going during a very busy time. The tire shop seems relatively small, allowing only 3 cars in at a time, and there probably aren't enough staff. Highly recommend anyone to book an appointment on a weekday during off hours when it's less busy. I would not suggest walk in unless you're ready to wait a long while.”

“I had a flat tire and I had a good experience at pep boys. The gentleman took my info and I got a cup of coffee while waiting. I received a text within a hour saying my car was ready. It was a great experience. Workers are friendly and nice . I recommend Pep Boys!”
