When I left I called my husband to tell him I will only go to this location from now on even if it is not the closest to me. So worth it when there are employees like Rachel who genuinely care!”

“Kate was exceptional! Unlike the rude, uncaring , inconsiderate New Bedford location. I had an issue for a month and a half with a certified check drawn on their bank. Kate not only handled the issue within 15 minutes but also will only be helping me with future transactions, it’s like a night and day experience between branches where the New Bedford location is the wicked witch of the west. In Kate’s Branch I was not only welcomed but also MY NEEDS WERE MET unlike the uncanny New Bedford Branch with their “I don’t know what to tell you.” 10/10 stars for Fairhaven”

Two weeks ago, some douche who stole my old phone somehow got into my account and stole $125. St. Anne's reimbursed me IMMEDIATELY, before even doing their investigation, so I wasn't without that money! I appreciate how they care about their customers ?!”
