“I ordered a new phone off the Samsung website and I was having a difficult time transferring my old phone to the new one. Came into the store and Cory J helped TREMENDOUSLY. Apparently it was an issue I wasn't able to handle at home so Cory did it all for me. Great knowledge and very patient with me. Thank you!Went in today (11/19/2021) for help with my Samsung watch as it was not receiving notifications. Izzy helped fix the issue and he was absolutely fantastic! As he was fixing the issue we had a nice conversation. He is definitely a people person who is very kind, calm, patient, and understanding. Thank you Izzy!”
