“Desirae absolutely ROCKS!!! She was patient, thorough, and did everything she could to get us the best deal possible on our family phone upgrades. She was so good, and the prices so low, that we didn't bother to comparison shop at T-Mobile and Xfinity as we'd originally planned. In setting up the transfers, she was willing to go as slowly as possible to help us understand the process. When we faced a couple of glitches with our non-local phones afterwards, again she helped us as eagerly as if she were a member of the family. Great experience!”
