“I bought a Alienware PC for my daughters gaming. I was previously approved for Best Buy credit. The PC was on sale and I signed up for an 18 month payment plan with 0 interest rate. It is automatically taken off my Best Buy card every month. Additionally, I requested a 1year warranty which also covers electronics that I already own to be serviced. I would just have to pay for the parts. Best Buy is a good place to buy electronics that would not be probable to pay upfront. Awsome customer service as well.”

“After deciding on leaving my prior carrier, we decided on T-Mobile for service. My husband and I went and were greeted by Keana. Let me tell you, she was so patient, thorough, kind and very detail oriented with explaining everything to us. She went above and beyond to assist me with getting the best plan for our family. We had to stop in another day due to the phones getting ordered, so the day came and she transferred both phones with no hesitation! Not to mention dealing with my 3 kids in there, Keana was wonderful!! I must say all other employees were all very respectful as well! Highly recommended!!”
